„The unit we stayed in was clean, but ready for a remodel. The bathroom was outdated, and the floors swollen in places. The AC unit worked great until it froze over the last night and quit blowing cold air. Would we stay here again? Yes, but would love to stay in the newer units that are getting remodeled while we were there. “

„Positiv: Parkplatz kostenlos direkt vorm Haus. Nicht weit weg vom Strand, viele Handtücher zur Verfügung auch Strandhandtücher. Pool sehr sauber. Sehr großer TV. Negativ: Kaffeemaschine nicht sauber, keine Kaffeebecher und kein Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden und auch keine Küchenzeile. Badezimmer sehr klein und eng. Einrichtung sehr einfach und nicht hochwertig. Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht.“

„Our stay was wonderful the pictures are exactly what apartment was . The only improvement is to getting the keys . The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big enough for 2 people . The staff with reservations were quickly . The pool area was large and pool was warm. Definitely would stay again.“

„Das Haus war liebevoll ausgestattet, und die Haustechnik funktionierte. Zudem waren die Möbel und die gesamte Dekoration nach den vorhergehenden Zerstörungen durch de Hurrican Milton erneuert worden. Der Strand ist über die Straße (die wirklich stark von lärmenden Auto- und Lastwagen frequentiert wurde) in 250 Metern erreichbar, und dort mit eigenen Liegen versehen. In Relation zu neueren Unterkünften scheint jedoch dieses Angebot als insgesamt überteuert.“

„Condo on beach was super well equipped, clean and new. Perfect for a couple's stay. Kitchen has everything you need. Bedding and linens very comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided and were in very good shape. Though the space was small, it is designed for optimal use of space. We enjoyed our week! “

„The interior was all new. Furnishings, decor, kitchen supplies, and everything fresh and tastefully done. Quiet neighborhood just a couple blocks from beach. Exterior privacy will improve as landscape recovers. Parking and access easy. “

„We enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to bay, beach, restaurants, and shops. The porch furniture could have been more comfortable and included beach chairs would have been nice. “

„Great location, very roomie , check in was delayed didn't get code to door for @ 1 hour after arriving and there was no broom . Even though we tried not to bring sand inside r still happened. House did have beach gear such as chairs and umbrellas. I would stay again. “

„We liked de cozy apartment which had all staff to prepare meals. The beach is right across the street and restaurants are in walking distance. We would recommend that apartment. :-D“

„715 North Bay Boulevard is a beautiful cottage. This location has everything you will need for a stay, easy access to Bean Point beach access, lots of nice restaurants and beach stores with a short drive. Thank you for sharing your beautiful little home with us. “

"The room was clean, and the value for money was completely acceptable. The pool was even open until 10 p.m., and free water and ice cubes were available 24/7. The only issue was that we were accidentally assigned the wrong room during check-in, which was already occupied, but this was quickly resolved."

"Im Hotel waren Umbauarbeiten, die uns nicht bekannt gegeben wurden. Restaurant und Bar waren geschlossen. Frühstück gab es an 4 Tischen im Flur. Sehr ungemütlich und sehr kleine Auswahl. Die Poolanlage war super, genügend Handtücher und sehr gute Liegen. "
