„If you are looking for some beach time - this is the place. Great access to the beach. If the evenings/nights are chilly there is only 1 space heater so use accordingly. The sofa bed is lumpy but serviceable. The TV is in the bedroom and we could not get it to work. The owner offered suggestions but they did not work. The cottage has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The back deck needs a little repair. The back yard is great for morning or evening gatherings. Great ...

„We love this house and it is in a great location. 2 things that I would note that did not ruin our trip, but we would've planned around: 1. there aren't actually dishes/silverware, etc for children- just an inconvenience but not a deal breaker, and 2. The fire pit does not work. It did not work when we first rented this house a few years ago and clearly has not been repaired, so that threw off the plans for s'mores for the kids. Overall, the location and ease of the house makes it a win.“
