„Beautiful home and property looking out to wonderful lake view. Host is great, everything was cozy and welcoming. Fenced yard down to dock is terrific if you are traveling with pets. Very clean house, stocked with everything needed. Thank you!“

I wish the weather had been warmer so we could have enjoyed a little fire by the creek. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. They’ve done a great job creating a lovely cabin. „Great location, great place and great hosts.“

„This is our 5th time renting from this owner. He will do everything in his power to make your stay great. The property is well maintained and slept 12 adults comfortably. The bedroom in the basement has multiple beds. Be aware this room is much cooler than the upstairs temperature. It wasn’t that big of a deal to us. Just assign your beds with that in mind. We were there in February when outside temperatures were about 40You won’t be disappointed with this property..“

„My wife and I met my Mom, Sister, and Brother-in-law for Christmas. The house had a Christmas Tree which was a nice touch. It's close to everything in Grand Rivers. A few dining and shopping options. Not far from Paducah if you are looking for something bigger. Quiet place at the end of cul-de-sac.“

„I had booked this property in Jan 2025. We had unexpected sickness with family and couldn't travel and the Property Manager worked with us to reschedule. Then when it was time to go again we got 10 inches of snow and couldn't go, once again the Property Management worked with us!! Amazing and easy PM. The stay was very nice as well. Location is pretty. We enjoyed our stay.“

„This lakeside home was a nice get away. Star/Sky watching, gorgeous lake, Fern Clyffe State Park has trails, including wooded trail circling lake and walks to a natural waterfall. Enjoyed the quiet and wildlife. “

„Very clean and large home. Two living areas so kids could watch TV downstairs while adults visited upstairs. Bathrooms upstairs are a bit awkward but very serviceable. We enjoyed the stay. “

„My women’s Bible study group stayed here for a getaway that we do every year! It was so great to stay here! Todd, the property owner, made sure everything was set and the instructions were very well explained about how to get here, how to get access to the house, and then how to leave the house once we done! The accommodations are amazing and we are planning to stay here again! Thanks Todd! It is beautiful!! “

„Two things in particular. Most of the dishes were dirty. They were up in the cabinet but they were not clean. I did not clean those. The other thing is that the DVD Player has enormous feedback. It was very difficult to watch any movies. Everything else was great “
