„This property was great. My Family (36 people) comfortably stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed all of the amenities. The gym, pool, smores, fishing and kayaking were highlights of the trip. The host was very responsive and the onsite hmanager (Benny) was absolutely great. Overall great stay!“

„Everything was perfect except the check-in where the lock-box was not at the place indicated. In addition, one of the balcony doors could not be opened and a handyman was needed to fix the problem.“

„This is our 3rd time staying here with our girls (2 dogs) bc it has a fenced in yard for them & it's usually well kept & mowed: with it being winter; grass was almost knee high & I was afraid to let them use it...messaged Jennifer & she took care of it right away...we also arrived after dark & the motion sensor lights going upstairs wasn't working which made it difficult to climb/see...again, let Jennifer know & she had it fixed the next day. While we didn’t get to stay at this exact property did to a maintenance issue after Hurricane Beryl, the property management company went above and beyond to not only ensure our vacation was possible but that we were in a home that was beach front and just as beautiful if not better. „We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Coconut cottage! It’s an adorable space that’s so well appointed, nice sharp knives, good pans for cooking, a comfy bed, and a great location. Oscar was a wonderful host, he had lots of helpful suggestions for the area, and when we inquired whether there was a drip coffee maker at the cottage, he offered to buy one so we would have it. We can’t say enough about how wonderful the space is and what great hosts come with!“
