„What an incredible stay this weekend! I usually stay in hotels when visiting my kids in Columbia, but never again. This flat was absolutely amazing—beautifully decorated, thoughtfully appointed, and the location couldn’t be better!The added perks, like the washer and dryer, record player, and the fresh coffee provided, made it even more special. I’ve already booked my next stay for April. Well done!“

„Rented this property for Family who was visiting for Christmas. Adults and kids. Great location close to shopping and restaurants at the factory. Very clean property. Well maintained and stocked. Would definitely recommend.“

„Our overall stay was amazing. Property was very clean and walking distance to everything downtown. My only suggestion would be a new mattress. It was quite uncomfortable, other than that, our stay was AMAZING and the cottage was fabulous!!!“

„My family and I went on this trip as our Christmas gift to see the music town everyone talks about. We enjoyed the home during our stay. We did loose heat during the stay, but Denise communicated with us and coordinated for a repair to happen the next day. This area received an unusual cold and snow storm during our stay that caused appliances and roadways to challenged. “

„Our group came to town to attend a wedding at Cool Springs House. We selected this house because of its large size and close proximity to the venue. The house was perfect for hosting friends and family between events and for using as a headquarters for all the event planning. The rooms were spacious and the restrooms and kitchen was clean. If you have large SUVs or Trucks, parking can be a challenge but we were able to make it work. “

„It was the perfect house—-not far from Nashville & the hosts were fantastic. I had asked about a blender (there wasn’t one at the time) & when we got there, there was one there! Definitely would stay there again!“
