„Three brothers and two wives met at the Lake House for the Sand Hill Crane Festival in Birchwood. First, the festival was so interesting and fun and a must do if you like birds. Second, the cabin was fabulous! It was a cold weekend but the fireplace kept us cozy. The bedrooms were very comfortable; the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and utensils; the view of the dock and lake were fabulous. We saw hundreds of sand hill cranes closer up than at the festival viewing site! It was too cold ...

„We had a short stay while in the area looking to purchase. It was so peaceful sitting on the dock watching herons fish and birds swooping down getting fish. We really enjoyed our time there. The host was excellent! He allowed us to check in early and we really appreciated that after traveling for days in our little RV to get there. “

„We recently spent a long weekend at Buckhorn Lodge. Our primary reason for choosing it was the mountain location and 57 acres. Even going in with high expectations, they were exceeded!The lodge itself is a great blend of rustic and comfortable, up on a ridge with a great view. The real star however was the property. We never left the property and spent our days hiking and exploring. According to my GPS watch, there's nearly 4 miles of gravel roads and hiking trails, including a favorite trail ...

„My girlfriend and I had an absolutely amazing time at Cupid's Cove. Everything from the back roads to the cabin to the stocked firewood for the stove, down to the cute cabin decorations, were more than we could have hoped for! Dan and Angela were super responsive to any questions and their kindness and generosity are above and beyond. We will absolutely be back for some summertime activities! “

„We stayed at the Charleston hosted by Mary for my sister in laws wedding. It was the perfect space for our family. Not only is the home very historical but it also has a lot of modern features which everyone loved. Mary communicated well and professionally during the process and before check in and said to reach out if something happen. We will stay here again for sure. “
