„Three brothers and two wives met at the Lake House for the Sand Hill Crane Festival in Birchwood. First, the festival was so interesting and fun and a must do if you like birds. Second, the cabin was fabulous! It was a cold weekend but the fireplace kept us cozy. „We had a short stay while in the area looking to purchase. It was so peaceful sitting on the dock watching herons fish and birds swooping down getting fish. We really enjoyed our time there. The host was excellent! He allowed us to check in early and we really appreciated that after traveling for days in our little RV to get there. “

„We had 4 adults and 13 players on this trip. We never had any issues with not enough room. All the girls had a blast. The house was close to town but far enough out to feel private! I highly recommend this for future stays. “

„This place over exceeded our expectations in every way, but I must say the host was the most impressive I've ever encountered. The hospitality was unreal and the prompt attention was just something you don't see these days. I can stress enough how ABSOLUTELY AMAZING this place is. The fishing was like catching blue gills but 15lb cats. I can't say enough how great!!!!! A must stay“

„We had a big group of adults with cars on a climbing trip - this property was big enough to be comfy for all of us, plenty of space and 4 bathrooms so no fighting over showers, lots of parking. There's only 1 key so we had to do a bit of negotiation when we went separate ways during the day, but that was minor. Overall we loved this spot and would stay again.“
