„Stayed in the winter, place got a bit cold (it does not have central heat). Wasn’t a lighter or enough firewood for our stay but the host brought a lighter and more wood. Beautiful pond in the back and the location is good, with easy access to the highway. Neighbors were close by, we were asked to turn off the outdoor light because it was shining into their house. Cottage was clean. There are security cameras outside. Overall it is a cozy place to stay in a good area. “

„This was a great location to Mt. Sunapee! Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and house was warm. Could use TV instructions, as remotes did not function. We enjoyed 4 nights, pretty low maintenance family, spent most of our time snowboarding. We brought our dog, and she loved it as she found a toy and we forgot to pack her one!“

„Had an amazing stay. Cabin was exactly as described and host was excellent in communicating and making sure we had everything we needed (including snow removal etc) Would stay again!!“

„Overall, I thought the property was excellent, and the property was chosen for an SNHU commencement weekend. It was clear the property was recently renovated, and the downstairs sitting area provided the most space since the weather was rainy and windy. Despite clear instructions on the heating units, it was a little tricky to get the heat running but once we did the bedrooms seemed to be 5 plus degrees hotter than the common sitting areas. We did encounter some ants in the kitchen and I and ...

„Great location and beautiful sunrise/sunset. The condo looks spot on to the listing. We appreciated the extra toiletries and snacks. Unfortunately we noticed crumbs/food all over the couch when we arrived. Overall, we we had a good experience.“

„We recently stayed at this cottage, along with 2 other rentals, for our annual Sisters Weekend. This cottage was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the description. One of my sisters said, "It was instantly like feeling at home and comfy". We all felt the same way. Josh was very quick to respond to all of my questions. We absolutely plan to come back! Thanks for having us, Josh!! It was a great weekend!“

„This house was perfect for us. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Dining room table was perfect for playing games. Easy walk to restaurants. The view was awesome! We are looking forward to our next visit. “

„Location is very convenient - grocery within a 10 min ride, easy access to the Lake, dining, and popular Winnipesaukee villages around the lake. The amenities were generous - including towels and linens at the location, travel shampoo/condition/soaps available, fully stocked kitchen with dish soap and other kitchen tools available. The kitchen is tight and the central artery of the house, which made it difficult with 12 people. I'd recommend bringing a mattress pad or something for the pull ...

"Wir haben zwei Tage übernachtet. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, ist aber mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist in die Jahre gekommen. Insbesondere das Bad sollte einmal richtig saniert werden, es kann bei diesen Zimmerpreisen einfach ein moderneres Ambiente erwartet werden. Das Frühstück entspricht dem amerikanischen Standard. "
