„This was our family vacation for Christmas with our 2 dogs. The house was a nice location and we had everything we needed. The game room and hot tub was such a nice addition. Thank you for the excellent communication . We loved this home and it would stay here again. “

„We stay. In Alton Bay each year for a couple of concerts at Bank of NH Pavilion in Gilford. We extend it by staying for a couple of days at Lake Winnipesaukee The motel is perfectly located close to the venue and on the lake for swimming and boating while visiting BNH Pavilion. „We did a 2 night getaway with our 3 teenagers and had a wonderful time! Sharon stayed in touch throughout the process. When we arrived everything was spotless. We enjoyed walking across the street to the lake and up the hill to go the concert next door. We were also a short drive from Weirs Beach. We had great communication and hope to stay there again.“

„Well appointed, clearly newly updated. Bedrooms were on first and second floors which made it easier for couples, because the bathrooms were not in the bedrooms. It’s a beautiful property that I’m sure is wonderful year round. The only complaint was the garage was so cold we couldn’t utilize it.“

„Whatever you need in the kitchen is not only there but also of the best quality. That holds true with the towels (in abundance!) as well. Our teens loved playing pool. Our getaway was in November, so we couldn't take advantage of the lake activities. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and highly recommend it for family gatherings of many ages.“

It’s a charming older style lake house that could use a bit of pampering but it was very clean and comfortable for our group of 8.
