„Beautiful building with very good amenities. To use the pool or jacuzzi, the owner needs to make a reservation at least 24 hour ahead. Paid for adding breakfast but needed to walk 5 minutes to a restaurant to get that. Dressing for the cold weather and going out is not convenient. To use the laundry you must download an application and create an account. “

„Mi nombre no estaba registrado en la recepción , el guardia de turno poco colaborador , hasta que llegó otro guardia del edificio y nos ayudó. Llame por teléfono a la dueña del departamento y me respondió 10 minutos después pero fueron eternos , pensé tendria que buscar otro lugar , el departamento fue pagado con un mes de antelación.“

„check in was not the smoothest but was sorted out after 15 mins, I should have communicated in advance to get a QR code to present to security guard. Location is best it could be in Quito and view and apartment were great. Would recommend but communicate before hand so your check in is smooth. “

„My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of space and all of the amenities we needed. The host provided us with transport from the airport for an extra fee, which was very helpful, and met us when we arrived at the property.The location is within easy walking distance from the old town and at least one metro stop, so it was a good starting point for our daily excursions. „The apartment is nice, but be aware that the owner is quite inflexible. When we learned we were unable to have friends over in the apartment (building policy not mentioned to us at any point), we requested to leave. The owner was completely inflexible, and threated to charge us additional an amount if we continued to request an early checkout. If you're looking for a quick stay with a washer go ahead- but if you want more use of the apartment look elsewhere.“
