„Our group of 11 came to help our daughter move and to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. This house was perfect for a large group. Our adult kids loved the game room in the basement.“

„The kitchen was very well stocked with a blender, a mixer, coffee maker, a good amount of pots and pans. The dining room was large enough for a family sit down dinner And the living room had plenty of seating. The only recommendation is that the furniture be updated, Some of the dining room chairs had springs hanging down or arms that were not attached, The living room couch was fallen on the side of the recliner and the pullout couch in the living room was missing some springs and not usable ...

„Check in was easy, but we received the code after check in time. The house wasnt the cleanest we have stayed at, the blinds in the bathroom were covered in dust, there was dried rice and food still on the table, something had spilled in the freezer and wasnt cleaned up. We stayed with 3 toddlers, it wasnt really a fit for young kids but we made it work. Also, we could only find 3 washcloths total for 7 people. It was alright to stay at for 2 nights, we werent at the house much.“

„If you are looking for a great place to stay outside of the city, this is it. It is within driving distance of everything. This was a great place for me and my friends to stay while attending a chiefs game.“

„Our family converged on this property for a funeral and this was the perfect place for us to gather. The home had a large living room area where we could all be together. The kitchen is well stocked and allowed us to easily cook meals. The owner communicated well and we would book again.“

„This is a well kept property conveniently located in a quiet area. It has a small town feel and is an easy drive to big city museums, restaurants, and entertainment. For our group, it was a perfect stay for a weekend game at Arrowhead Stadium. It also would be great place to stay for a family wirh children visiting Kansas City.“

„We had 8 adults, 8 kids and an infant for our annual family get-away. The interior of the home was spotless with plenty of room for everyone including plenty of towels and linens. The yard and area around the fire pit and pool was in need of some TLC but the pool itself was fantastic! Vani was very easy to communicate with. The AC had trouble keeping up upstairs and the lower level was cold, but the temperature outside was in the upper 90’s-100 every day. We would definitely stay here again!“

„This is an older home that’s had many updates, but still has some quirks, such as squeaky kitchen cabinet doors. It was neat and clean and nicely decorated, and the bonus was the pool table. The pool sticks were broken, but new ones were brought over to the house in person. The backyard was fenced and there was plenty room for all four of us to enjoy our time together. “

„We had a party of 4 that stayed here. We arrived Saturday evening so we could attend the football game at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday. The house was easy to find and in a great location. We very much enjoyed our stay!“

„This home accommodated part of our large extended family when they came from out of state to visit us! The kids (big and small) practically lived in the pool and the sun room was nice for the adults to get out of the sun and heat while watching over the kids. Close to everything we wanted to do in KC! Great place!“

„ This home was perfect for our ladies getaway. You can tell the owner takes pride in this home. It was well stocked with everything (and more) that we needed. Beautiful, so clean and comfortable! The owner responded promptly to any questions we had. You cannot go wrong reserving this home if you are visiting the KC area!!! “

„Wonderful place. Enough space to enjoy the family visit for the wedding. Few things like no batteries in the controls and lights flicker. No propane for the grill, but we bought charcoal. Would recommend “
