„The property was everything we could have asked for and more! My kids had a great time swimming in the pool and exploring the grounds. The pool cover quit working while we were there and the owners came right out to try and fix it. Extremely nice people I might add. Will certainly visit again!“

„Although the house is very small, it was very clean and comfortable. Everything was well organized, and the house had everything needed and more. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.“

„If you need an affordable trip with tons of things to do, this is a great place to stay. Tons of great restaurants and activities all in walking distances. Clean and comfy for a night in too. Only con we experienced is an extremely soft mattress but that’s subjective and doesn’t affect ta perfect 10/10 rating. “

„Nice house, well-maintained and clean. Location, off an alley, is very convenient. The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything!“

„My family and I enjoyed the little time we had in the area which was to come support our uncle in the passing of the love of his life after 69 years of marriage. We would like to thank you for allowing us to be able to stay at this location. The location was in a nice and quiet area as well as not too far from our uncles home. „We had a local volleyball tournament to attend from Wednesday through Saturday. I had 10 players and 2 coaches staying at the house together. It was perfect with lots of space and room to hang out in between matches. The kitchen was great and very well stocked with everything you would need to cook with. We had all of our meals at the house and enjoyed our stay. “

„This was a nice little house to stay in for a night instead of getting a hotel room. Less expensive and more space! It’s a very quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. Just being picky but the fan in the one bedroom moves a lot and was quite noisy but it was fine. Would stay here again!“

Zimmer modern, Service verbesserunswürdig

"Empfang war nicht übermäßig herzlich. Zimmer neu und modern, sauber. Allerdings quietsche die Badtür sehr stark und die Halterung für den Seifenspender war auch defekt. Ebenso die Rollohalterung. Das Zimmer war in Richtung Autobahn und deshalb sehr laut. Das Frühstück war gut bestückt, aber am letzten Tag gab es eine halbe Stunde vor Frühstücksende keinen Kaffee mehr. Für den Preis hätten wir mehr Service erwartet. "
