The location is perfect and online photos do not do the property or location justice. The adjacent beach is beautiful and adjacent restaurant was wonderful. „The house is a duplex and there was another young family there at the same time but other than them, this beach is essentially your own private beach. So quiet, secluded and beautiful! We walked and watched turtles and rats the whole time we were there. House was well stocked with things we needed and everything was great! Would highly recommend! “

„This was such an amazing find. My girlfriend and I are not resort people and so we wanted to find a property that both would allow us to feel like we are an apart of the island. This was the perfect spot cozied right next to a very popular beach as well as being away from the resorts. Susan was an amazing host and very kind and easy to communicate with. I will most certainly be staying here again when we come back“

„Minutes walk to a beautiful beach. You have the beach mostly to yourself. North Caicos is not overdeveloped and it’s such a nice contrast to Provo. The villa has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Both bedrooms have AC. The only thing that was missing was a pair of comfortable patio zero gravity chairs. “

„The property sits in a very safe area on a nice clean beach overlooking the beautiful turquoise water.
