„Overall space was very good for our family gathering. The facility was setup perfectly with bedrooms at the back of the gathering space. The interior had some cleaning issues, the clothes dryer didn't work, and the table and chairs were very wobbly. Luckily we had a set of tools along to get them safe and secure. Questions to the property manager were not answered in a timely manner and some questions were left unanswered. The facility was perfect for our needs despite the hiccups so may ...

„Roomy, clean, and comfortable are the best words for this. We were there for an event at Dakota Wesleyan and we were able to walk to and from the house every day. It also was not a far drive to the Corn Palace. BONUS - It was about an hour to DeSmet if you are interested in Laura Ingalls Wilder things. We LOVED it!“

„Very much enjoyed our stay here! It was such a a cute place. Looked like everything redone/updated in the home. Close and convenient to Madison. There were so many thoughtful touches for the guest including to go cups with creamer and sugar for coffee, all the necessary bathroom supplies so you don't need to pack your own - with extras in case you forgot your toothbrush! Check in was easy and convenient with a code lock and communication was excellent with rapid responses to my texts. Will ...

„We found it very welcoming. Everything we needed was there down to the clothespins to close our chips. We washed and used the kayaks and life vests. Our only disappoint was no hot tub as listed on Vrbo. We would like to stay again and will make definite plans to do that next summer. Thank you so very much for your hospitality.“

„We stayed here for a few days because of the location to family. The house was great. The kids left the other house and came here to play board games. The king bed is in an open space in the basement but is soft and incredibly comfortable. “

„The space was great! We had my Grandaughter's college graduation party there. It had enough space, the set-up was wonderful, and we all had a great time. An elevator would have been helpful. The stairs were hard to navigate for some of us older folks. It was quiet. We really did have a great experience.“

„Light on cookware and kitchen items in general. Ice maker did not work. Bathroom is really small. The living room was spacious and relaxing. Beautiful location. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again, but would explore other options in the general area as well.“

„I would like to send you pictures of the deferred maintenance and ants. Do you have a way I can send picture? Also, the walls are paper thin and the TV volume locked in very low. I couldn't hear the TV over the noisy neighbors. No way to adjust volume.“

"The Concierge booked us into a room that was already occupied. In the next room there was a used cup on the carpet and the tower had a hole. The ac was very loud , the breakfast area much too small. Huge amounts of plastic waste"

"Sehr schwer zu finden, Allgemeinzustand ists überwiegend abgenutzt und nicht sauber. Die Toilette ist wurde nicht ordentlich gereinigt - hatte rote Spuren auf der Keramik, die Handseife war benutzt. Sonstige Artikel in Ordnung. Bett sauber. "
