„This is a great home in the woods. The owner has thought of everything. The sleeping arrangements are perfect for 2 couples or people that have different sleeping patterns. Master bedroom and bathroom upstairs, and 2 other bedrooms and another bathroom on the main floor. She has every pot or pan you would ever need. The hot tub and location are ideal!“

„House was great, had everything we needed. There are many beds, room for 12 plus another 6 in the basement. Large fire pit in back yard, I can’t recall if that was listed on the description. Host was very friendly and wanted to make sure everything was good, we appreciated that he allowed a late checkout Sunday! I would recommend this place, exceeded expectations. “

„Not many VRBO houses that sleep this many people! It’s not the newest, nicest house on campus but just a few miles off campus and has everything needed for a large group (we had 8 couples). Would definitely stay again. “

„My best friend from high school and I stayed the weekend and it was great! The owner popped in on Saturday and we had a wonderful chat She was very welcoming to me, my friend and my dog. Check in and check out were both easy-peasy. Lakefront location was excellent and accommodations were cozy, homey and super inviting. Would definitely rent again! “

„Wish we could’ve stayed longer! This cabin was perfect for my family of 3. Our 3 year old loved being there! It’s not far off of the main road but it has a great view in the back from the amazing covered patio. It’s so close to Lake Monroe and even Bloomington without feeling like it. The scenery all around is incredible! We would definitely come back! “

„Jonah has come through again on housing our large group for FFA National Convention. We travel up from Louisiana each year for this. Jonah has provided housing over the past few years. Houses have been spacious and fully stocked with all we needed. For this house, the propane water heaters were the star attraction. Endless hot water after long days walking were a blessing. Water pressure was amazing too! The kids loved the cabins. This is a great location for large groups with older kids. Wish ...

„We had a great weekend, the house was spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable. the only issue we had was figuring out how to work the coffee pot LOL, but my mom is a tea drinker so we just drank tea with her and all was good. Great location, far enough from the hustle and bustle and you felt secluded, but close enough to enjoy the days out. Great Time!!! would rent it again! “

„I stayed by myself for a few days to relax in a country setting and hike while the leaves were beautiful. Catalpa Tree house was just what I wanted nice hosts, clean, hot water, comphy bed, warm and inviting. The hot tub was clean and the jets Worked well. I enjoyed sitting in it while watching birds and squirrels around me Quiet except for noise for a short while one morning from the lumber co next door. I also heard a group of coyotes howling one night which I just loved!“

„This is not a 3 bedroom home. Everything was wonderful and we had a great time, but the third "bedroom" is a trundle in the corner of the living room. I feel it is important to say this clearly so future guests aren't as surprised as I was.“

„Everything was better than expected. They truly thought of everything. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We were able to walk to downtown in about 10mins and Hard Truth is just a 2 min drive. Would stay again!“
