„Had a wonderful stay here; the house was clean and well-located/super close to food, groceries, take-out, pharmacy, etc. The bed arrangements worked out perfectly for our 4 kids and ourselves, and the host was super responsive in getting back to me right away with any questions we had. A private driveway for parking was a huge bonus and a charging station in the kitchen to charge phones, etc was a lovely added touch. Would definitely stay here again!“

„This house was perfect for us to visit our granddaughter at college. Clean, quiet neighborhood, good location, host is super nice and very good at communicating. She did say they were getting ready to remodel bathroom and put in a walk in shower for senior visitors- which I am and that will be great. I hade to use basement shower which was a lot of steps. That is the only con to this house- shower and also needs taller toilet. There is one really big nice tv in the “sunroom”. We would have liked ...

„This well equipped and very well maintained home on the lakefront was perfect for our vacation. The design takes advantage of the scenic views that surround the property. Walking trails at Hamlin Beach State Park are minutes away. “

„We booked at the last minute and needed room for a large group . The host was very easy to work with . We spent one night in an awful rental and needed to move due to the poor condition of the property . My family was very happy with the new location . The setting was beautiful and the house was great !“

„A perfect getaway for a long weekend or more. Perfect location by a secluded beach community on Lake Ontario near Rochester NY. Excellent amenities- very comfortable beds, linens, tissues (never at any VRBO I have stayed at), excellent kitchen resources. Very comfortable living room couch. We will be rebooking for long weekends or more again!!“

„Wonderful clean property. Looks exactly like the photo. It could benefit from motion triggered lighting for the side path to the apartment. Would like to have instructions for Coffee maker. Location is on the cusp of a not so safe neighborhood. 15 min walk to very good restaurants and then a further 15 min walk to the MAG (memorial art museum). Safety is less an issue if you have a car. “

„We enjoyed our stay at the lake house for 3 nights in late October. Traveling from NYC as a couple with a 5 year old kid. While there we even managed to visit the magnificent Niagara Falls, which is only 1.5 hrs away! The house itself was clean bright minimalistic and very spacious. „Needed a place to stay when I was in Rochester for a wedding. This apartment was less than 10 minutes from our venue and could accommodate our group of 4 with two very comfortable bedrooms. Each room had its own A/C unit, which was perfect for the heat wave we had over that weekend. We also loved the full kitchen and open living/dining room space. „We just needed somewhere to lay our heads at night while visiting our college daughter for a few days and this fit the bill. Safe area, very clean, and just as described. We are clean and tidy when we leave but I really appreciated that I didn’t have a huge list of chores I needed to do before we checked out! “

„I had never been in this neighborhood before. It’s an extremely cute area. The garage parking access was a huge perk. The condo gives a modern feel, with a style of NYC condos. It was easy to get to and check in. The bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen is a little small, but we didn’t cook anything, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. It would be a very interesting place to live as a single person or a couple with no kids. “

„The location was great. Close access to airport, food Walmart. I was worried about hearing planes but I only ever heard them a couple times and it wasn’t loud. The home was upgraded and very well maintained and cleaned. I would definitely stay here again in the future.“
