„Yes, the property is small but there is room outside to enjoy the view. One big cavet .. in my opinion, this is a summer property. The floor is concrete and there is no central heading. The owner has a few rugs on the floor and a large space heater. It takes a good hour to heat the space. We left early as we were there in mid-October. The person who cleans it is lovely and very communicative. We would go again only in summer. “

This house looks small and then you walk inside to an amazingly laid out floor plan. 2 main bedrooms, living room, dinning room and full bath, the kitchen has everything you need along with a dishwasher. The "game room/ sitting room" was truly a perfect fit! We found that the love seat, additional chairs and recliner was where we spent most of our time. „We had a wonderful time at this Sand Lake house. Everything was perfect from the impeccably decorated home to all of the amenities. Being right on the lake is wonderful, and Sand Lake is not too far from other destinations like Grand Rapids and Lake Michigan. (Would recommend The Forager for lunch or dinner which is only 10-15 mins from the house.) We rented the boat which made it extra special. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a family getaway. “

„Booked this for my husband and son's hunting trip. Location was great and the space met their needs. The host is on site and very attentive, helpful and responded to requests quickly. The place could have used a quick once over for cleaning just prior to arrival, there were some areas that needed to be swept up and some dishes looked like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile so they pre-washed prior to using. Over all was a good stay. “

„We had the best family vacation here! The house is fully loaded with everything you could need for a large family. Cleaning supplies, beds, stocked kitchen, outdoor space, and amazing views. I could not recommend this place enough. We’ve already booked another week next year. “

„Stayed here for a couple of days to spend the weekend fishing for steelhead on the Muskegon River. Accommodations were great; ample space for my husband and I, well stocked, clean and fun decor! Cozy and cute. The fishing was great too! Will definitely return.“

„We stayed here to fish and enjoy some downtime with my daughter and father and it was wonderful. The cottage is cozy and very well stocked with things you’d need for a stay without having to worry! It was a very quiet area and has direct access to the river, which we loved. It was great for my father who is getting older and doesn’t get around as well as he used to.
