„Everything from the listing and reviews was accurate. We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, on our last full day we were locked out for over an hour when the batteries for the lock died. The host was responsive, and we were able to get back in; however, my daughter-in-law was unable to respond to work issues while her laptop was locked inside. We also missed part of the Columbus Blue Jackets game due to dealing with the lock issue.“

„Nice house, well-maintained and clean. Location, off an alley, is very convenient. The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything!“

„My family and I enjoyed the little time we had in the area which was to come support our uncle in the passing of the love of his life after 69 years of marriage. We would like to thank you for allowing us to be able to stay at this location. The location was in a nice and quiet area as well as not too far from our uncles home. We like to thank our host for being available by phone and text. We encountered issues with the hot water but he was able to get it resolved with my baby brother over ...

„The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak. ...

„The house & host exceeded our expections. This was the first time we have brought our dogs on a getaway, the house & yard was perfect for us. The house centrally located to so many great activities“

„Perfect location. A few minutes to business area filled with restaurant retail and eating places, but then you get to tuck in your little cabin. Weather permitting, sit on the deck and watch nature or hit the hot tub! Dry clean and well appointed.“

„My family is extended across the tri-state area and this home was perfectly placed for all to gather and visit for a family holiday celebration. The home is very open and has amazing spaces. The host was lovely to deal with and even gracious enough to decorate for the season! Highly recommend this home.“

„Positives: great location and ample space for large groups. Areas of opportunities: need more dishes and glass ware to match the occupancy of the house. Need extra blankets and pillows. Lighting in all downstairs areas except kitchen was dim. Just need more lamps and brighter bulbs. It meet all our needs and we will stay there again if we have another holiday family get together. “

Good for a short stopover

"Got the last room with two beds, had to change the next day cause the floor was soaked. Staff was helpful and tried to accommodate our needs. Good place for a quick weekend stopover in Dayton. Breakfast is poor though, don’t expect much and ends already at 9. "

Zimmer modern, Service verbesserunswürdig

"Empfang war nicht übermäßig herzlich. Zimmer neu und modern, sauber. Allerdings quietsche die Badtür sehr stark und die Halterung für den Seifenspender war auch defekt. Ebenso die Rollohalterung. Das Zimmer war in Richtung Autobahn und deshalb sehr laut. Das Frühstück war gut bestückt, aber am letzten Tag gab es eine halbe Stunde vor Frühstücksende keinen Kaffee mehr. Für den Preis hätten wir mehr Service erwartet. "
