„The home was perfect for our family reunion! The bedrooms were lovely, comfortable and clean. There were lots of spaces for our family to gather in large or small groups. Lots of outdoor sitting areas and a yard for the children to run around in. The house is very close to Blacksburg, but we felt like we were in the country. The setting is quiet and peaceful. „I liked having a whole house and the option to bring my dog if I wanted… I wound up leaving him at home and not going with that option … I guess I did not realize the walk to town was very hilly ( good exercise) and I m not in the best shape…. If I went there again I would have drove my car. I travelled by train. It wasn’t that long of a walk but I m just not in shape to do mountain walking I wound up cooking some fish sticks because I was just too lazy to walk to the restaurants … I like that ...

„My wife, daughter, and I stayed here while enroute to the Columbus Zoo in Ohio. The Glo Haus is a unique set up allowing for simple, low key lodging in a very beautiful and scenic area. „I highly recommend this location for your stay. Quiet beautiful cabin on a river with all the comforts of home. We booked on very short notice. Sonny was extremely accommodating and a perfect host! „Comfy and cozy home overlooking new river just a half hour from VA Tech. The place was clean and everything was labeled for easy use. While you can hear the trains on the track go by, I found it relaxing like white noise. We came here for a football game, but I would stay here again during warm weather to enjoy the river. "Das Zimmer war super toll. Sauber und groß. Leider muss ich mich den vielen Bewertungen über den Lärm der Straße anschließen, den man sehr stark hört. Hier sollte das Hotel ggf über eine Renovierung der Fenster nachdenken. Dennoch würde ich jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel gehen."
