„I feel like the listing really undersells the property. It was amazing for our group of seven. There is a main house with a couple of bedrooms and bathrooms and a kitchen - and then there are two separate, private casitas - each with kitchenettes and bathrooms. This is a well-thought-out place, and well cared for. The caretakers Carmen and Manuel are amazing and responsive. 5-stars.“

„It was difficult to find directions for the site on the VRBO website. Eventually I found a telephone number for the owner up in Texas and called that. His son texted me the name and number of the local Mexican host. I called him and everything worked out fine. He met us at the 178 km sign and led us in to the development. Home was fine, near the water.“

„Brian and Lisa are great hosts. Helpful and communicative. The house is so nice and they keep making it better. It’s a quiet area outside of town but close enough to zip in for dinner or provisions. Fishing nearby and everything you need for a higher end Baja adventure. Love it, we will be back“

„We enjoyed the quaint 'old Mexico' unit of a 3 unit villa. We stayed in upstairs unit 2 which had a nice balcony and great view of the ocean. This was a village with only locals, roaming friendly dogs, and roosters. Not many services but some close by. Good wifi and nice, fairly private beach, but somewhat trashy. The drive to nearby towns and beaches was pleasant, but watch for potholes.“

„Posada Concepcion is one of the most picturesque spots on the planet. And Casa de Rocas is the nicest house on the proverbial block. Set into the cliffs about 75’ above the sea is the tasteful and commodious terraced stone house. 115 stairs take you to the water and ultimately, paradise. Perhaps a once-in-a-lifetime view and stay. Definitely a place I’ll never forget, and hope to return to in the Spring. “

„We rode our motorcycles and this was only a couple streets off the paved road so it was ok for the bikes. There's a carport that's secure for the motorcycles and that was the most important to us. Tacos just around the corner made the location great! The place was very clean and the host was accommodating with quickly responding to our questions. We'll stay here again for sure and have shared this location with our fellow motorcycle lovers too!“

„Dishes and utensils but nothing to clean them with. Trash cans without liners. Advertised WiFi but no router in unit. Door locks broken at check-in. Expectation is for tenant/guest to refill empty propane. No mention of any of this in add. Host also continued to message me via app however that information doesn’t show up (blocked out by VRBO)and she knows this.. why did I have to continually remind her of such. She goes by too many names (Cahn, Ann, Ariadne, Miro) and then blames it on using ...
