„Neat little cabin with plenty of space. We were all able to sleep in our own beds while we were in the are for Christmas. The fish tank was a hit with my kiddos.“

„We stayed for 6 nights over the Christmas holidays. Our time was mainly spent visiting family. We only needed a place to clean up and sleep. This option is great if your priorities are clean, functional, and inexpensive. The manager was immediately responsible to every question, and was a genuinely nice person. Very pleased! “

„We had a church group attending a conference in the area. Most of us were up at the Renwick, but the guest house was a great inexpensive option for three extra bedrooms. The house is quaint and well kept. “

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little house on Campbell Island. Everything in the previous comments was true so I went in knowing and none of it bothered us because we were looking for a peaceful stay near the river and that's exactly what we got! „This is a lovely home with a generous and thoughtful host. I arrived very late due to a flight delay and Lucy was particularly careful to be sure the area was well lit so I could see to get into the house. The property is not only clean and well stocked with coffee and snacks, it was delightfully decorated for the holidays. The Christmas decorations made us feel right at home“

„This property was everything that we were looking for. From the quiet neighborhood to the stunning sunset over the river, to the luxurious bathtub and cozy living room. Absolutely the perfect "home away from home". The owners were super communicative and helpful. We will absolutely be staying here again son! “

„My husband and I and three adult family members visited for Thanksgiving and hosted dinner for 7. The kitchen was well-appointed and there was plenty of room for cooking. watching football, jigsaw puzzles and card games. The bedrooms (and beds) were comfortable. Will definitely stay again when visiting the area.“

„Wonderful home for us traveling for the holiday! Plenty of space and great fenced in backyard! Steve was quick to respond when I had a question! Would definitely recommend! We will be back! “

„This is a beautiful log home nestled in a great country setting. As stated in the online listing, there is room for everyone and space for whatever you need. There were 18 of us and no one felt cramped. The fireplace in the living room was stocked full of wood and it was relaxing to watch the fires. The home is well equipped with almost everything anyone would need. This sums up everyone's thinking....a person from L.A. mentioned "this is like being in a large ski chalet without all the ...

„We really liked the place- nice modern apartment in a great location with a small balcony. Many restaurants nearby that we like, and underground pkg was easy. Wished they had a small dresser in the closet to unpack clothes and directions for the tv/ but we figured it out- definitely recommend! “

"Nice hotel in downtown Iowa City. The most reasonably priced Hyatt I have ever stayed at. Great room on top floor of high rise building. Great bed, great bathroom and shower… Breakfast also very nice… the only draw back is that parking costs extra. But in this town… parking is expensive anywhere downtown,"
