„My friends and I loved having our annual retreat at this house. Spacious, comfortable, quiet, it had everything we needed. There is a jacuzzi on the back porch overlooking a private lake and wooded area. There are paddle boats to enjoy and the lake is stocked with catfish. The owner is available and gracious. Highly recommend!! “

„House and property were great but neighbors next door left a large outdoor light on making sitting around the fire not so enjoyable, also dogs barking for 3+ hours every night wasn’t great “

„First time for our family to visit lake eufala area. Best communication with owner with lots of local information which was very helpful!!!! House was absolutely beautiful!!! Family had a wonderful experience. “

„The house is so welcoming and exceptionally clean. Sandy has thought of every little detail to make your stay comfortable! The back porch was our favorite spot. There was plenty of room for eating, relaxing or just hanging out and enjoying the amazing view of the lake just steps away!“

„We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. There was plenty of room for the 6 adults and 6 children to come together, but also have our own space. The location was great with some nearby overflow parking for our large vehicles. We rented a couple golf carts which made traveling around Carlton Landing as much run as it was convenient. We will be back. “

„This was our second time staying at calico heights. This time we stayed in the blue cabin. It has a really nice covered patio that faces the lake. We sat out there every evening to watch the sunset. The views are AMAZING! “

„This property was exactly as listed. It had plenty of room for a big family meal, wonderful views of the lake, lots of beds and extra bedding, fully stocked kitchen, it was perfect for our needs. It is right off the interstate but traffic noise didn't bother us. The host was very responsive. My family would like to go back again next year.“

„The house was really nice and worked out great for our trip. Plenty of space and easy to check in and out. Communication with the owner was good. It may be near (a mile or two away from) Tenkiller Lake, but it does not have water access. We only had two concerns. Some of the doors don't fit their frames very well, including one of the bathroom doors. It could be opened from the outside while locked without much effort.
