„The location of this unit is perfect: on the beach, close to town, and close to the greenway. Loved walking the beach and hearing the surf in the evening.Condo would be tight for four people, especially since the second bedroom doesn't have a closet. But for two - it's great. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, including good pans, cookie sheets, spices, oils, etc. Made it easy to cook. Although Fernandina Beach has some fun restaurants too. Especially the Patio at 5th and Ash. “

„Everything was perfect and the condo was clean and very well stocked with all our needs. My grandson who lives in Jacksonville, was able to spend with his Mom, Aunt, and Grandma. We miss him a lot! Ocean was amazing and we also went sight seeing in Fernandinho Beach and St.Augustine.“

„My husband spent the weekend visiting family here. The temperatures were in the 30'S and 40's. The condo was pleasantly warm but hard to do much outdoors in those temps. The condo had everything we needed. Comfy bed and good pillows!“

„This property was in a great location. Right on the beach and an easy drive to the Historic District, Fort Clinch and Yulee for a movie. The property itself could use a refresh and a deep clean. But, all-in-all it was an enjoyable stay.“

„We absolutely loved this beach house! Hard to find but we waved down instacart and Uber eats drivers! This place was absolutely perfect for our needs and had beautiful sunrises from our deck while drinking coffee in our pj’s! Walking distance to the Sandbar restaurant which we loved also and minutes by car to everywhere else! We will be back!“
