„be careful booking in expedia because they don’t honor the payment made in expedia. someone from california is gong to call you to make a payment in 3rd party app. what is the point of allowing payment in expedia when you won’t honor it. on check-in they tried putting us in a different unit from the ones we booked and have to go back and forth with the screenshots from expedia which is ridiculous. i would never come back or recommend it to my friends. “

„We liked the place. Whole house, separate rooms. But the water was awful and you can smell it. We did not like the most was the access of the caretaker while the rental is occupied. And isn't the policy of vrbo that the owner/caretaker etc supposedly not in the permises..correct me if im mistaken??..?? The bed was terrible, I'm sorry Hard, uncomfortable. There's a sign by the kitchen by the stove saying clean after use but the stove was dirty to start with. Also, ants everywhere. Bug killer ...

„On Friday the 22nd a little after 6pm my mother 83 yrs of age elderly brought to my attention of a big bang noise from above the room while resting. A big bang woke her up so nervous and startled. She immediately came to front desk reported the incident and all the desk response wasnt very inspiring. Did not show any empathy while solving this problem. Per noticed the construction should be over at 6pm. On check out day no MOD on the as early 730am. So, I just left the hotel at that. “

„The room is a disappointment. The pungent smell of the drainage in the room near the kitchen greets you as you open the door. The general appearance of the unit is fair. Very used sofa and beddings. The masters bathroom is locked and not usable leaving us with 1 decent full bathroom and a dirty small bathroom in the maid's room which was counted as a 3rd room and is not livable. „The property was very nice. The unit was a condo rental managed by Hosteeva. I had to communicate with Expedia and Hosteeva. A confusing grouping of emails and texts. I received messages from Hosteeva requesting additional info, and I was really sure who they were. I had to call and request my final info to gain access into the unit. „Clean unit and polite staff. The check-in was terrible. The staff did not know we are coming. There was no record of us coming. Lucky us, one of the sellers ( just happened to sit close by) seemed to recognize the unit and the owner that helped us get hold of them. The was absolutely no connection with expedia. I have to spend an hour or 2 to finally get hold of expedia operator ( not virtual) to help me connect with the owner. There was no exact location of our unit, as to what building and ...

Disappointing stay at the once premier hotel

"Pro: Big room, comfortable matress, great breakfast. Con: Maintenance and general room equipment old and used. Outlets missing at the bedsides. Noisy box typ aircon (not suitable for this price category) Flushing of the toilet tends to break down. Reception staff couldn't speak english well. Very unattentive when faced with a problem like a broken (not clogged) toilet that needs maintenance staff not housekeeping. Conclusion: Don't visit L'fisher anymore for a good hotel in Bacolod. Seda and ParkInn are much more modern accomodations, especially compared to the prices."

"Clean and well kept hotel. Great an well stocked breakfast. Some annoying features: There is no elevator from the underground parking garage to the hotel. While the blackout curtains work great, the smoke detectors status LED blinks quite brightly every 10s. A model change might be required."

Paradies auf Erden !

"Kurz und knapp. Alles war perfekt. Jedes Detail im Zimmer und auch im öffentlichen Bereich war durchdacht. Alles hat funktioniert. Jegliches Essen hat die höchste Qualitätsstufe. Tagsüber kann man tiefenentspannen und Abends nette Gespräche an der poolbar bei dezenter Musik führen. Der Pool ist ebenfalls ein Traum. Im Februar 2024 erst seit kurzem in Betrieb ist der Pool perfekt in die Anlage integriert und extrem sauber. Der 1km lange weiße Sandstrand ist fast menschenleer und umgeben von traumhaften Buchten und Palmen. Selbst zum Sonnenuntergang kann es kaum passieren, dass jemand durch das Bild läuft. Es ist wie im Paradies. Perfekt für Pärchen. Einzige Warnung. Nicht als Single auf der Suche anreisen ;-) Jedem der wegen der 4 Stunden Anreise von Dumaguete zweifelt, kann ich nur wärmstens ans Herz legen diesen Ort trotzdem zu besuchen."
