„The property was easy to locate, very near downtown Hays. The house was clean and cozy, very well stocked with anyone's necessities. Would certainly stay there again.“

„We stayed here for two nights and it worked out great for my wife and I. It is small but it was perfect for what we needed, which is a place to sleep and shower. The tv’s above each bed was a real nice touch with Netflix and what not. It has two full size/queen beds that would fit 4 people. This is what we needed while we were in town visiting family. We will be staying here again. “

„We have stayed at Julie and Jeff's place multiple times. The house is always exceptionally clean and includes everything you could need for an overnight trip or extended stay. House is very comfortable and in a quiet area. Strongly recommend. “

„The house is an older home with newer flooring. It was neat and clean, beds were nice, but it could use a door mat or rug inside to put boots or shoes, so that tracking mud/dirt wouldn't have been a problem, as we had snow while there. It would be nice to have hooks or towel bars in the bathroom or kitchen for damp towels to dry. The bathroom is small and would be cramped for a larger or tall person. There was only one outlet in the bedrooms, so extension cords were present, which were unplugged ...
