„We came to Nevada City to consider relocating and wanted to spend time in a neighborhood and found the property in a lovely location although a few minutes from the commercial district which we decided was a good thing. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating which made us feel welcome and want to return to the home again.“

„Was a very easy check in process and exactly as it was publicized on the VRBO website. We needed a place to stay on a long travel home and we were not disappointed with the decision to stop in Nevada City. Very wonderful town and this property was super close to downtown shops and restaurants. Great easy, comfortable stay.“

„This was the best location for our Nevada city getaway! A group of 7 of us fit absolutely perfect in this home! Geeta was exceptional at communicating with me and giving me all the information we needed for our stay! She was even able to accommodate an early check in (given the availability)! The home was clean and welcoming! Only a 5 minute drive into the cute town of Nevada City! We enjoyed the wood fireplace, cozy bedrooms, and open living space for our friends getaway! We didn’t end up ...

„This bungalow was perfect for a weekend getaway. Kathy did an amazing job at providing a private, cozy, clean and lovingly put together bungalow with no detail left undone. From the fresh flowers and hand written note to the generous snacks and treats, it was perfect. We will definitely be back. “

„We had 24 members of our family together for Christmas and this was the perfect gathering place. The kitchen was big enough for all of us and there was plenty of room to meet all of our needs. The most surprising thing was the beautiful view of the lake when you walk in and the sunrise each morning.“

„Beautiful views, spacious and nicely appointed interior. Only drawback is there are a lot of steep stairs getting to and from the house itself to the street or to the dock!“

„This property was perfect for our family Christmas. Beautiful all around. The home was cozy and roomy at the same time. Well decorated and everything we needed was there. Plenty of rooms for everyone and the game room was a big hit! Would love to stay here again in the summer.“

„We had a great time, minus a few hiccups. Overall it was a nice place to stay.“

„Overall this was a great house for a weekend trip to the snow. Plenty of space and beds, as well as amazing views. We were an easy drive to Tahoe Donner for skiing, as well as Truckee for restaurants, etc. My feedback would to bring anything you might need for cooking that isn't the appliance or cookware (including oils, condiments, coffee/tea, etc.). Also, do not park in the driveway during the winter. Luckily we didn't, because the plow never came and we would have been stuck.“

"Schöne Unterkunft im Wald, Zimmer wie auf den Bildern, großes Bad, Blick in den Wald, schönes Grundstück. Besonders gutes Frühstück, dass frisch zubereitet wurde. Das Beste, dass wir in den USA hatten. Leider haben wir keinen Bär gesichtet. Selbst-Check in ist auch zu späteren Uhrzeit möglich"
