„I stayed here for a quiet winter getaway with my dog. The view from the condo is stunning - sunrise and sunset are gorgeous. The condo is cozy, quiet and private and looks exactly like the photos. I made some meals in-unit by choice but even in winter, there are good restaurant options within a mile, including the pier nearby. As others have noted, the immediate beach entry is closed due to beach erosion but the open entrance was only .1 mile down the road - an easy walk. Barbara, the property ...

„Very clean, great location to the beach, quiet neighborhood“

„The condo was perfect. It was clean, well stocked, and had a lovely patio with a view of the ocean. I did not get the check-in instructions two weeks ahead of time. It did take a call and text to get a response from the owner. To be fully transparent, it was over Christmas once I spoke with the owner, I had no issues whatsoever. The beach during December is perfect. I would definitely choose this location again.“

„We had a great ‘girls’ get away. We are 65-70 age group and it was perfect for the 3 of us.Owner was responsive and house was nicely furnished and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Make sure to hit Burgers and Bites while you are there. Delicious burgers!Great ocean views!“

„Excellent, quiet, peaceful, pet friendly I could see my son fishing from the porch. Spacious and full of everything you need are enjoyed every minute.“

„Love the space. It was cozy & had all the necessities. We were able to text the property owner during our stay & didn’t have any trouble. The only thing we would improve would be parking. Very tight & only enough room for one car so if your coming with others, carpool if possible.“

„The Lulla by the Sea was a great place to rest, relax and reset. The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The location was superb, steps from the beach. We had an incredible stay, and everyone had the best time. This was without a doubt the one of the best couple trip we have had.“

„The house was exactly as shown online. It was the perfect place for our family Christmas. The kitchen was superbly stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was simple. The only drawback was a limited amount of towels in the bathrooms, though we were told about that ahead of time. Difficult for those flying to bring e tray towels, and there was only 1 kitchen dish towel. Communication with the property manager was quick.we would definitely stay here again. “

There were 3 of us but the cottage accommodated several more (it was a pleasure not to have to sleep in a bunk bed). All of the amenities were greatly appreciated and we would definitely consider staying again.“

„Wir haben von dort tolle Ausflüge z.B. nach Wilmington unternommen und konnten den Nachmittag am Strand verbringen - besser geht es nicht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Restaurants, Strand und kleiner Supermarkt in ganz kurzer Laufdistanz - wir würden wieder buchen.“

„We enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of room and the convenience of a kitchen with pots, pans, and dishes. Many of our meals were taken on the balcony. We appreciated the access to beach chairs. “
