„It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. “

„Just want to leave a quick review. The King Room w/Kitchenette at the Admiral Sim’s house was the perfect spot for us for our Newport 4 day getaway. Very clean room, clean bathroom with everything you might need for your stay. Kitchenette was just the perfect size for everything we needed, bed was very comfortable, location is fantastic to get anywhere around Newport. Also you couldn’t ask for a nicer, more responsive host! Thank you again! “

„What a great house! This was a very comfortable space for an extended family of 12 to be together. The house was very clean and well equipped (just needs a larger frying pan!). There was room for family dinners and board games yet everyone also had their own space and bathroom. The location was ideal and we were able to easily walk to restaurants, shops, the mansions, Cliff Walk and a beach. We all agreed this was a house we would return to.“

„Location, location, location! Wow, where do I even start? This home was beyond spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were 'wowed' - it was perfection for us. The owner thought of absolutely everything and then some – every detail was covered to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the property manager was always available for any quick questions. The house was immaculately clean (seriously, clean doesn’t even begin to cover it!) ...

„We loved our stay at Lookout Loft, it was super clean, exactly as pictured on VRBO, comfortable, easy, clear directions for parking and check in. The location is fabulous, right above a store on Thames St, so we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. We had no issues with outside noise at night, we all slept great! We would definitely recommend and return!“

„Clean, bright (does this sound like a toothpaste commercial?), well-provisioned, and waayy closer to the "action" of Newport than we thought. Really easy to checkin/out. The hosts responded immediately to any questions, and were very pleasant. Maybe it was "out of season", but the price was a great deal.“

„The cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable place to relax after a long day of exploring Newport. Very close to restaurants and shopping but walking isn't really an option because the neighborhood leads to a busy road with no sidewalks. Very inexpensive uber ride just about anywhere though. We enjoyed our stay very much.“

Auch alle Verbrauchsmittel, wie Spülmittel und Waschpulvertabs sind vorhanden. Check-In ist kontaktlos. Lediglich der Zugangscode zum Cottage wurde relativ spät und erst nach Nachfrage zugesandt."
