„My wife and I stayed here to explore the Ozarks for a couple days as a weekend getaway. The cabin was awesome. Clean. Well stocked. We cooked pasta and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. The views are phenomenal. Don't miss the sunrise. The first day was skyfire. It was beautiful.“

„What a beautiful part of the country! So great to explore it and do some hiking. The accommodations were perfect! Loved the hot tub with a lovely view and visit from a red headed woodpecker. Hope to be back. “

„Spent a short 4 days at the cabin. We were welcomed by Allie, the neighbors dog, and it just got better. The creek was flow, but flowing when we got there (Nov 1). There was a storm with much needed rain during our stay and when we left the creek was full and had even overflowed its banks. Scenery was gorgeous and it’s a short drive to Ponca and many of the hiking trails. We will definitely be back. “

Our newly expanded family truly had the best time in this beautifully updated cabin! The view is something money can’t buy and Karla absolutely goes out of her way to make you feel so comfortable. „We’ve stayed in dozens of VRBOs. This is one of the best. The area was experiencing a drought so there was no waterfall the first couple of days of our stay. Silver lining: that made it possible to hear a lot of birds - and there were many, including a pileated woodpecker, eastern screech owl, and barred owl. Midway through our stay, the rain came and we had a waterfall, so we got the best of both worlds. We were glad we drove our F150 as the road to the cabin is rugged, especially with rain. ...

„We loved our stay at the Hilltopper cabin! It was so clean, easy to find things, and had just the right level of what you need in a rural cabin. Hiking trips were great and included Glory Hole, Pedestal Rocks, and Alum Cove. Highly recommend the Ozark Cafe and Jasper Pizza Co. Great scenery, hiking, and R&R! “
