„The home is located in a small community with trees and winding roads. It is close enough to conveniences should you forget something. The home is large with plenty to do right in the house. We were also able to take a walk around the neighborhood and a hike in a park with a lake just a short drive away. The huge master shower is amazing! The pullout couches are a plus. „This place feels really new. It’s everything you see in the pictures and more. Our family of 13 and two small dogs had a great time. The sports shed is full of all the gear you need to enjoy everything on the property. We had a blast playing kickball on the wiffleball field. „Hands down our favorite Vrbo stay ever! Three families stayed here for a mini vacation to Kentucky from SC. There was plenty of room for all, which was refreshing! „Sunset Cottage was perfect for our family’s overnight stay! I wish we could have stayed longer. The decor is adorable, the furniture is amazingly comfortable, and the location is quiet and peaceful. There were so many little additions that made this cottage perfect—a few snacks, a s’mores kit, and coffee were available for guests. „We came into town for a work event in Lexington and Wayne was an outstanding host. Beautiful home with plenty of bedrooms to sleep a big group. Wayne was very accommodating and checked in with us throughout the stay. They made sure to provide extra towels/linens/garbage bags knowing we had a large group! I would absolutely recommend this home if you are looking in this area!“

Was concerned about check-in as i hadnt heard from the owner, but within a day of our arrival i reached out and the owner was always fast and responsive at that point. Any concerns vanished.
