„We were lucky to find this great apartment! Everything was perfect! We booked this wonderful apartment for a family. Every single detail is amazing, interior is very unique, air conditioning and amenities are super, fast internet. Bedrooms are quiet, beds comfortable, bathrooms are sparkling clean. „Clean, spacious apartment in the middle of the city. Fully renovated and equipped with everything you need. Views to the city. Stores all around that work till late. The building itself is charming and beautiful on the outside but crumbly old on the inside with an elevator that was added on later on that stop between floors and can fit in only up to 3 people. If you don’t mind that the place is perfect otherwise for families for a short or an extended stay.“

„Good stay in the apartment and the location was good. Location is in the old part of town but a modern apartment very close to freedom square and within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone needing the space and the pricing was very affordable. Great 3 day stay.“

„We had a sweet and quiet corner to ourselves to call home while we visited Tbilisi and experienced the culture. Every day cats would visit and we gave them milk. It was a wonderful way to start every morning. We love Tbilisi.“

„　外観および階段ホールは相当くたびれているるものの室内はよく整えられている。場所が特殊で、大統領官邸から川沿いの幹線道路に降る急勾配のカーブでい石畳の道の途中にある。　川向こうから戻ると、階段か坂道の坂を登ることとなる。しかし、このような道路環境のため、朝夕の車通行は多いものの、最徐行運転のため騒音はない。　室内は、特に大きな問題はないけれど、ガレージの上にある部屋で、構造の制約からか床からI mくらいの扇型の窓があり、この上に管理用収納とテレビ枠がある。　客用の収納スペースがほぼないため、物の置き場所に工夫が必要だった。　また、テレビの位置が高くやや見ずらいことと、背面パネルが隠れいていてポートに接続ができないものの、衛星受信機用のＨＤＭＩケーブルがあるのでメスポートの機器（ＡｐｐｌｅＴＶ等）は利用できる。　天井照明のほか、ＬＥＤ電球がよかしあるけどそれぞれ別スイッチで操作が煩雑になっている。　便利な設備として、洗濯機があり、乾燥は室内干しになるけれど、ヒーターやエアコンで夏冬とも一晩で乾く。　“

New hotel not far from the city center.

"The hotel is not far from the bridges to the city center. Especially if you drive by car it is a good option because there is sufficient parking space around. The staff are often just hanging around, the room is good and so is the bed. Daily cleaning of the room. Good WiFi. Breakfast is not very special, the coffee is not good. "
