„Absolutely beautiful hotel and very clean. However, check in was a bit of a hassle, the TV had this annoying habit of the screen saver constantly coming on while you're watching TV. NO netflix. Food was sub par for the high prices. Staff were very friendly. “

„This property is nothing like shown on Expedia. I booked that showed a nice living room, kitchen and even washer. We got a room with a bathroom that needed plumbing work, there were roaches in the room. When I told them the executive suite shows all the amenities I saw only they said no they don’t have it. In other words false advertising. Awful place. They get ZERO stars. “

„The Apartment is in an area where there is eateries , shops of all various things and also very easy to locate. environment was quite and serene .The apartment was top notch clean, bed was super soft with lovely beddings. Hot shower was super and toilet clean. A/C was super cool and the tv was full of stations to choose from.Kitchen well equiped. Ijeoma and her staff Okala were more than helpful. My Stay was 100 over 100“

„I paid for this hotel at 5pm on 12th June but was told by the front desk lady named Rose at 7pm when I called that the hotel was sold out. She said she’d also communicated to Hotels.com, but I still don’t have a refund and nobody called to apologize for this error. Hotels.com can you pls get back to me about a refund “
