„We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english“

„Had a pleasant 2N stay at the hotel. The service from the front reception to bell boy is excellent. Was greeted by Mr Willy who is very friendly and patiently responded to my questions on my room request. Very pleased to note that my room was available before checkin time and my special request has been satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel for it's excellent service, great location and eco friendliness (no use of plastic and having recycling bins at all levels).“

„Die Unterkunft ist schön, der Pool direkt vor dem Zimmer (je nach Zimmerkategorie) lädt zwischendurch zum abkühlen ein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. In der Umgebung gibt es viele kleine Restaurants. Leider hört man von verschiedenen Unterhaltungsbetrieben um das Hotel bis 12 Uhr Nachts Musik.“

„Sehr schöne Poolvilla mit eigenem Pool. Grosse Zimmer, Schlafzimmer klimatisiert, im Aussenbereich Küchenzeile, Esstisch und Couchgarnitur. Das Frühstück wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht. Reinigung und Betten machen nur auf Anfrage. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich. Auswahl aus Eierspeisen oder gebratene Nudeln oder Reis. Gleich nebenan gibt es eine Baustelle auf der den ganzen Tag bis spät in die Nacht gearbeitet wird. Nach unserer Beschwerde wurden wir umquartiert.“

„Apartment and bedding are very nice. So is the gym. Near American fastfood, but otherwise pretty isolated. Company was responsive. Internet went down frequently. Plenty of hot water, good refrigerator and air con. No bugs. “

„Very poor coordination 1) Book for 2 bedroom apartment and was given studio apartment at first. Request to check the booking thereafter given the correct after abt 1 hr delay. 2) Condition far from expected. Very rundown and lot of cockroch. 3) No wifi connection as advertise. “

„Ocean view priceless. Interior of the house is nice. Location is good, privacy. Communication of checking in not stated in expedia. Caught off fuard that we need to call first to receive inatruction. Security at the reception totally lost and bot ablw to help. To avoid hassle, contact the owner before checking in. Will definitely return.“

„I am having event at Aston hotel. This unit is exactly at Aston but cheaper. So it is convenient for me. Room is comfy, bed is great. Owner or CD is responsive. Only owner didn't provide free room makeup service. You will be charge Rp 200k for room makeup or house keeping. Also unit location is near to Masjid where you will be disturbed by sholat prayer time loudspeaker at midnight. And unit is near to swimming pool and children playground, I feel a little bit been disturbed and annoyed with ...

„The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer. “

„The room was filthy. The toilet reeked of urine and there was a heavy build up of gunk all around the toilet bowl and shower area. The sheets were stained and smelled like they were sprayed over with a fabric freshener. Used towels in wardrobe and ‘fresh’ towels had a damp smell. Utterly disappointing. “

"Very nice, spacious complex with a large pool area; extensive breakfast buffet, extremely friendly, courteous and helpful staff in all areas, restaurants with an appealing selection of dishes. Spa area with expert treatment. All in all, our eight-day stay was a complete success and we can recommend the resort without reservation. "
