„The manager made a mistake. He owned it and gave us a better place. The parking could have been better. It served our purposes well. It was quiet and private. My husband fished every morning. Our first choice would not have been as nice.“

„Our stay was okay. The house was in an excellent location to the beach, however very difficult to find from the road. The house was a great size & the beds were so comfortable. I rate this with a 3 because I felt like there were several things that desperately need updated. The faucets in the bathroom were heavily rusted and leaking. „This was a great little place right on the water of the bay. At low tide we had a private tiny beach. It was in a great location and although it was in a very bisy area, it felt secluded. Everything we needed was there at yhe boathouse. It was clean and bright. The host was friendly and responsive immediately. He gave precise directions and we found the place easily in the dark. „The property was perfect for us and and our kids and grandkids to visit. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we needed to do. I love the llama wallpaper!! Oh, the stove is to die for too!! 5 stars!“

„Kim was there for any questions we had, and the home was super cute. We had a good time. The only thing I would say is that if you are a light sleeper, there is plenty of traffic noise, as it is on a busy street. No complaints than that. “

"The Hotel itself is nice. The street in front was terribly loud. Also the rooms themselves seem not to be as soundproofed as necessary. As soon as there were other people on the hallway it feels like they have a conversation right next to you."
