„It was a positive experience over all. We stayed for two nights. Room was clean and there was a small kitchen to accommodate self cooking. Stuff was friendly. Taxi or local bus as transportation are available for you to choose from. If you want to travel downtown, take local bus #10, for just $1.25. We recommend this small but nice place for everyone to visit. “

„We stayed at Bell Hotel for one night. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff was extremely friendly. We took advantage of the free airport shuttle which was really convenient. Taxis are quite expensive (40 Dollar for a 5 min drive) therefore having a free shuttle saves a lot of money “

„Palm Cay marina is a very well maintained resort on the south east end of the island. It is therefore a bit off the beaten path of Nassau downtown. Therefore you might want to get a rental car to get around! The unit is very spacious, clean, modern and even has marina view and in the distance even ocean view. Friendly staff! We will be back soon!“

„Beware of a rental that doesn't show the actual outside pictures of building. The check in process is horrible with the host, the key was under a conch shell below some lock boxes. The check in procedure never arrived via email like the host said. He finally called back after numerous calls that went unanswered. No address provided. We had a VIP Transport service that lived a couple of streets over and he advised us to go elsewhere. There is a locked gate leading on to the premises but barbed ...

„We had a great time at this house: Ocean just in front to go swimming or snorkeling, big terrace to have breakfast or dinner (lunch would be to hot in the sun ;-)), refreshing pool, very well equipped house with everything you need, cosy bed, calm neighborhood. We would advice to rent a car or take one of the busses that drive from the supermarket- only a 7 minutes walk away.“

They even offered to drive us back to the airport the morning we left and to get groceries, since we didn't rent a vehicle. „The photo and description says we are renting a villa, which would have justified the extremely overpriced price! However when we arrived there was only half a villa! Because the landlord himself lives in the other half! It was an old house inside and just newly painted on the outside. "Die familiäre Hotel-Anlage ist individuell gestaltet und hat eine tolle Terrasse (Bar/Restaurant) mit Blick auf den Ozean. Auch der Garten mit kleinem Pool inklusive Wasserfall ist sehr idyllisch. Ruhige Lage; man kann zu Fuß zum Strand laufen. Das Restaurant mit indischer Küche ist empfehlenswert. "

"Great quiet hotel with beautiful comfy rooms/beds and fantastic views from a super large balcony. Superb value for money! It’s not walking distance to major tourist areas but that can be a good thing and the hotel offers shuttles to all destinations at a fair price. There are two good, casual outdoor bars with good food/dinner options and fun music in walking distance. As a female solo traveler I felt very safe and comfortable here for two nights/days."

charming Inn with good food and great staff

"super charming little Inn, close to airport and across the street from a little stretch of public beach. the food is lovely (breakfast, lunch, dinner available) and very handy, since there’s not much around when you don’t have a car. pool is nice, as are the common areas. as a female solo traveler I felt really comfortable here. I only stopped over and stayed at hotel only, so can’t say much about accessibility to other areas but there’s a bus stop to downtown right in front. staff was super lovely as well and I was happy to stay here."
