„House is next to the extensive Stafford Creek for bonefishing. Owner was very responsive and helpful with all needs. Caretaker responded immediately if we needed something. No beach in front but close by. “

„Wir waren nur für eine sehr kurze Nacht hier - Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg zu den Exumas. Michael hat uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und uns Mitten in der Nacht wieder dorthin gebracht. Auch hat er uns ein gutes Restaurant empfohlen und uns dort sogar hingefahren. Alles in allem konnte es für uns nicht besser sein. “

„The house is incredible. The location with basically your own private beach and pool over the beach is incredible and unmatched with any stay we’ve had! Sid and Lamont were both incredible as well. The onsite security and person that brought ice every day was an amazing perk as well! We will be back!“

„Everything was exactly as advertised. The only issue was the inflateable kayaks had leaks in them and were unusable. We didn't much day time at the house anyway.Family had a great, relaxing, well needed vacation. Lots of games and puzzles. “

„This house was wonderful for all ages. We felt very secure and safe during all parts of our stay due to the alarm system and gated property. The ocean and soft sand were the highlights of our trip. We would hang out every day in the ocean for hours!“

„Property overall was nice. Communication with the host was excellent. Kitchen was nice as well. Suggestions would be a bigger bed, a TV in the 2nd bedroom. Also an end table on both sides of the bed would be helpful and a shelf in the tub to hold your soap and shampoo. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would stay again. These changes would make it great.“

„Palm Cay marina is a very well maintained resort on the south east end of the island. It is therefore a bit off the beaten path of Nassau downtown. Therefore you might want to get a rental car to get around! The unit is very spacious, clean, modern and even has marina view and in the distance even ocean view. Friendly staff! We will be back soon!“

„We had a great time at this house: Ocean just in front to go swimming or snorkeling, big terrace to have breakfast or dinner (lunch would be to hot in the sun ;-)), refreshing pool, very well equipped house with everything you need, cosy bed, calm neighborhood. The owner, Ivan and his wife, were very friendly und welcoming. Thank you one again! We would advice to rent a car or take one of the busses that drive from the supermarket- only a 7 minutes walk away.“

„The photo and description says we are renting a villa, which would have justified the extremely overpriced price! However when we arrived there was only half a villa! Because the landlord himself lives in the other half! It was an old house inside and just newly painted on the outside. It stinks of mildew without end in the small uncomfortable seating area at the very entrance. But he advertises for 12 people. "Die familiäre Hotel-Anlage ist individuell gestaltet und hat eine tolle Terrasse (Bar/Restaurant) mit Blick auf den Ozean. Auch der Garten mit kleinem Pool inklusive Wasserfall ist sehr idyllisch. Ruhige Lage; man kann zu Fuß zum Strand laufen. Das Restaurant mit indischer Küche ist empfehlenswert. "
