„Appartment sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, allerdings sehr schwer zugänglich -> Koffer durch extrem engen Stiegenaufgang tragen schwierig. Nicht geeignet für kleine Kinder od gebrechliche Menschen. Anlage gut gepflegt. Nur zu empfehlen wenn man ein Auto hat, sonst weit entfernt von allem. Taxis sollte man mind. eine halbe Stunde vorbestellen. “

„The property was a bit unloved. No carpets anywhere, just felt cold. Mind the owner was very good, we struggled with the Tv and he got back to us, quickly and the problem got solved. “

„The location was perfect right on the beach, house is old but got lots of character my family loved staying there. Owners were very lovely to talk to on the phone checking we had arrived and found it ok “

„A great house with plenty of space! Location is very close to the beach as well as the town which has lots of lovely shops, pubs, cafes and more. Beds were comfy. Handy having a laundry room with small children. Lots of stair gates and bed guards in the house to use. A few areas needed some deeper cleaning. Overall it was a perfect house for a large family/group. “

„This is a large conveniently located property in the heart of Cromer . Short walk to beach , cliff paths, Cliftonville Hotel ,Morrison supermarket , fish restaurants.“

„The back bifold doors are broken so would not lock, the front locking door did not always open the door! The location is good as are the views. Just starting to look tired but overall good.“

„Spotless but loft hatch too small so cold draft when the wind blows. Downstairs curtain pulls both broken. Downstairs tiled throughout so would be cold in the autumn and winter. Close to amenities and parking was hit and miss.“

„We enjoyed a fantastic 2-night stay in this unique, out of the way setting. The hut was really cosy and had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and well-equipped. A perfect base from which to explore the North Norfolk coastline. Would highly recommend.“

„A nice cottage in a perfect location for strolling into Holt. Parking very good. Excellent dog walking area within 200 yards of the cottage at Spout Hill wildlife area. The cottage is tucked right in the corner at the end of the row, so gets no one walking past, and has a fairly private patio area for when it isn't quite so cold.
