„Absolute Katastrophe das Hotel. Vor der Reise nicht erreichbar, keine Antworten auf unsere Anfragen. Beim Checkin falsche Zimmer bekommen. Für 7 Personen, nur 6 Betten. Kein Entgegenkommen der Rezeption, es gab eine Klappcouch, die man hätte beziehen können. lapidare Auskunft: wir sind ausgebucht, sie können ihr Geld zurück haben. Gastfreundschaft sieht anders aus,..“

„Whilst further out of the centre than say the Flora, easily walkable and accommodation is clean and very warm. Thoroughly recommend the location. Feedback and local support also very good.“

„We (family with two kids) spent here 5 days. The accomodation is really nice and very well furnished. The kids loved the playground. The Chalet is well situated for some trips in the lovely natur of the Rila mountains (10 min to Borovets but the road ist not the best). Cheryl was very friendly an gave us many helpful recommendations what we can do the time there. We really enjoyed our time at the chalet.“

„We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on ...

„We chose this location because of its proximity with Mt. Vitosha that we wanted to hike on. The apparthotel complex is very modern and functional. Inside we had a big living room with 2 sofas and everything for kitchen. There is a huge frige. The bedroom was nice and the beds comfortable.Everything squeaky clean. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub. Underground parking is available, but it not included in the rate and is quite expensive. The aparthotel is located in a socialist-style ...

„Otel yepyeni ve modern, konumu mukemmel, etrafta küçk ama alşveriş yapacaginiz mekanlar mevcut. Özellikle konfor arayanlar burayı tercih etsin. Hotel yönetimi güvenlik konusunda da titiz davranmış. Kahveden suya odalarda ikram konusunda cömertler. Rahat edebileceginiz bir mekan. Tekrar ziyaret etmeyi umuyorum.“

„Everything was very good“

„I stay in a one bed apartment and was thankful for the air-conditioning as it was hot outside. Plenty of room for one person and there was a view of the mountain from the windows. I had to buy some microwave cookware as there was no specific items of that kind in the apartment but that was the only thing that let the place down. “

"War ich angenehm überrascht und kann Ich mit gutem Gewissen das Hotel weiter empfehlen! Es ist sauber, bequeme Betten, saubere Badezimmer, Kaffe und Tee und Wasserflaschen kostenlos zur Verfügung, außerdem können wir beim wünschen frische Obst , Croissant und Saft jederzeit bekommen! "It was a great choice. The hotel is just walking distance to many attractions, and is perfectly connected with the local public transportation. The facilities are top, food was great and the attentiveness of the personnel was simply amazing. Definitely a great hotel!"
