„We were unable to contact the property, no reception desk and doora were locked. After 45 minutes waiting and calling we got a response from the host. He mentioned that it is going to take him 30 minutes to get there and open the property. When he arrived, he showed the property. Immideatelly, he insisted on cash payment. This booking was prepaid through expedia. We were unable get an accomodation. Moreover, the host was extremely rude and unprofessional.“

„Great location but not so great quality of comfort (mattress was very uncomfortable, bed sheets were small for the bed, kitchen equipment didn’t have essentials (coffee machine, salt, pepper), shower head didn’t have a wall holder). Apartment didn’t feel clean, the leaving room floor had spots from what looked like some sort of dried out spills). The hostess was very nice, accommodating and welcoming. “
