„Great place to stay. Very handy for walking to the Mayo Clinic. Also very clean. Although we only stayed one night, it would be especially nice for longer stays as it really is a small apartment.“

„Wir haben ins sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Auf dem Tisch standen frische Blumen, im Kühlschrank waten Joghurt, Butter,Kase Bagel. Spülmaschinentabs, Spülmittel alles vorhanden. Ebenso Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta und vieles mehr.“

„Locked out of rental. Owner acknowledged that door lock freezes and locks people out some times. This is a safety issue for those that rent. Owner was quick to respond by having a friend come over and let me in. Black mold on ceiling, cobwebs on ceiling lights, dusty. Could not regulate heat in rental unit, very cold at night in rental. Owner was good to work with, but I should not have had to asked for the lock on door to work. Washer and dryer are a shared between residents in house. VERY ...

„I booked for a stay for appts at Mayo. There were just two of us. The home is well situated for Mayo it’s a quick trip!! It’s also well located in terms of needing to run for coffee, restaurants, to the grocery store…etc. all things we found near. The home is very organized, clutter free and cheerfully decorated in bright colors. It’s equipped with modern lighting, heating and sound systems. „This was a great location in relation to the Mayo. I wish you would do something about the steps up to the unit. The gutter over the bottom step leaks and drips on that bottom step. It froze over night and when I went out the next morning I slipped on that step. I was able to catch myself but someone else might not. It was adequate for our needs. „Cozy, mostly modern, except for the bathroom. Steep stairs to the bedroom. Love the location. Made a few casts from shore, but didn't catch any fish. Walk around to the lakefront a bit steep and unsteady. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay!“

„We enjoyed our stay. We were in Rochester for a family reunion, so spent a lot of time away from this house. We have a couple of safety issues that should be addressed. First is a railing of some kind at the entrance. My husband and I are both in our 80s and could have felt safer with a railing to help us enter and exit the house. The other issue was there no safety bars in the tub/shower in the upstairs bathroom. “
