Spacious and light and comfortable with all amenities anyone could ask for and more! We especially loved all the games and the hot tub and the view of the lake and the windy waves rocking against the ice formations on the shore! Thank you!“

„This is a nice place sitting right on the lake. Property was clean and well maintained, we didnt do any cooking but the kitchen had the basics. Full size W/D made it easy to come home without a stack of dirty laundry. Owner communication was very clear and timely. Off the beaten path and not a lot of people, which is our preference. an hour to Niagara Falls and an hour to Letchfield State Park, which is fantastic. We like the property so much, we booked it again next year. “

„The property was very nice and cozy. We were traveling with our dog and it was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking through the woods and exploring the frisbee golf course. The view of the lake is stunning and my dog and I enjoyed a sunrise walk. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate the house was comfy and we enjoyed relaxing and spending time with our son. „A unique little place with character! As grandparents (who can climb the stairs!) we thoroughly enjoyed our daughter and grandson visiting us throughout the day for hanging out and dinners! Very roomy first level with greatflooring for kids to play. Large kitchen for home cooked meals too! “

„We wanted a house that was comfortable for our family and convenient to RIT. This home was both. It is a very clean home with a good layout and great amenities--hot tub and pool, even though it was too cold for the pool. We highly recommend the home for your trip to Rochester.“

„Arriving at the cottage, the first thing we noticed was how special it felt. The host took the time to perfect the ambience. The lighting, music and fire were perfect. We made art and cuddled up the entire time!“

„We were very surprised about the house, how big it is. There were enough places to sleep and it was also a very quiet location, as you would expect from country life. The communication with the landlord received a grade of 1++. The response was very quick and polite. The evening fire at the fireplace on the property (of course only with the landlord's permission) was also a very great and relaxing experience, the marshmellos were delicious. „We had a family wedding across the street at the Sterling. It was so nice to get ready and have a short drive across the road to get to the venue and to get home. This home is perfect if you have an event or group golf weekend at the Timber lodge. The house is clean, comfortable and the host is amazing. This stay was everything we wanted. Be together in a comfortable, clean, spacious house for all 8 of us.“

„Property was ok pictures are bit living room much smaller than it appeared in pics . Kitchen not well stocked 6 glasses isn't really enough. Host was responsive check in and out was good. Was a little disappointed we had to wash dishes in cupboard because they weren't clean. Not a big deal dishwasher works well. “

"Transfer from and to the airport very convenient also in the early morning. Location good if you artive after a flight. Friendly front desk and shuttle drivers at each day and night time. Hotel is a bit old, but enough for one night's stay"

Problematischer Airporttransfer

"Unser Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür zum Nebenzimmer, obwohl wir das nicht wollten. Das war äußerst hellhörig. Der Airporttransfer wurde uns am Vorabend als Unproblematisch zugesagt, fand aber mit einer halben Stunde Verspätung statt. Wir hätten schneller zu Fuß gehen können."

"Service super und der neue Manager der Anlage top und voll motiviert. Pool war in Betrieb. Dennoch könnte die Anlage Investitionen hier und da (vor allem Zimmer) gebrauchen. Aber die Lage ist verkehrsgünstig und trotzdem ruhig. Parkplätze genügend vorhanden."
