„Very clean and big serviced apartments. Close to the walking street but still in enough distance to be quite at night. Security guard is always present and they have a great no-ID, no entry policy.“

„Einzig, dass der Pool sich irgendwo auf dem Gelände befindet mekt man erst wenn man dort ist!! Vom Inserat her meint man, dieser sei direkt vor dem Haus!“

„Overall I gave this property 2 thumbs up. It’s very clean n the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cups, glasses n utensils. Has all the amenities, i.e. Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove n coffeemaker. Even provided us with bottled water for drinking n cooking. There’s a working washing machine but u have to buy ur own detergent. The a/c in the bedrooms n living area works well. Good size living room n dining area. Kitchen has a decent size island counter. There’s only 1 bathroom ...

„The property is inside a run-down village where you find streets with no names and narrow so that you will have a hard time parking. Inside the property itself you will find a very steep stairs that make it really unsafe for old folks and children to take. The laundry room has stagnant water. Overall the airconditioning system is a failure specially in the upstairs bedroom. It was so bad that we left the very day we checked in and didn’t mind the cost we incurred. Never again.“

„Buildings are good and secure. Pool area is great. Apartment was good. The mouse or rat in the lobby was not good. Rental staff are excellent. Sales lady Barbara was also excellent.“

„The house was conveniently located close to the Walking Street. The caretakers of the house, Bing and Susan, were very attentive to our needs and really made our stay very enjoyable. The house was very large, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were very nice, large and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever traveling to the Clark area. Thank you again to Bing and Susan for making us feel so comfortable during our stay!“

"very clean, quite and cozy room, good shower, very friendly and helpful staff. On the downside there is not much: - walking distance to walking street (or you take a tricycle for only 100p) - Breakfast; there is no choice to get bacon with the American breakfast and no instant coffee (I like it more than brewed coffee)"
