„We had a wonderful stay at The Ocean. We stayed for 3 nights in a Villa, 4 adults and one 1.5 yo baby. The Villa was well equipped and very comfortable. The master bedroom with a large bathroom and bathtub was great. The open concept living space was convenient, and well lit. The resort is new with excellent gym, large clean beautiful pool and play room for kids. There is only one restaurant, on the Maia Resort ground (neighbour). „This was an interesting property with some nicely designed interior features and run by a lovely family who tried very hard to please. However, it was not a bilingual property as advertised and that was frustrating at times.I found the kitchen poorly equipped and had to supply some of my own utensils. There was no microwave as advertised and the washing machine had Chinese only instructions.Attention to these small details could make a big difference to someone's stay.“

„Awesome place and highly recommended. Beautiful rooms at prime location. HOWEVER, communication at front desk was not only challenging because of the language barrier, but I reserved 7 rooms for my biker group and they charged my card and we also paid cash for the rooms upon leaving. They said my card would not be charged, however that was false. Had to go thru Expedia for refunds. Double check your charges before you leave l, I assumed pending would fall off, but it didn’t. “
