„This was our second time on a mom’s winter getaway to this location. We enjoyed the views, the fireplace, and the fully equipped kitchen. The very large kitchen table makes it accessible for foodies to gather and share gourmet recipes and meals. We love Lion Downe! “

„Alles in Allem ist das Hotel ok. Die Zimmerausstattung ist in Ordnung. Allerdings hat das Hotel keinen Fahrstuhl, sodass man die Koffer die Treppe nach oben schleppen muss. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Andere Dinge, wie den Pool, den man beim Frühstücken im Blick hat, haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich.“

„Overall, it is a great place, but there are no heat vents upstairs which means it is quite cold unless you leave the upstairs doors open so that heat can come up the stairwell. I ended up getting a small space heater to warm up the bedroom I used. I am sure it would be fine in warmer months and I noted that there is a window AC unit in the bedroom closet so summer heat wouldn't be an issue. I would stay here again as it was otherwise perfect me.“

„My extended family, (parents, brothers family and my family, 11 in total) stayed at the wonderful house. The property is an amazing place to gather, cook, eat and celebrate. I would highly recommend this property for large groups. We could have easily had 2 more families stay with us.“

„We really enjoyed our time here! Loved the decor and the spaciousness. The ceiling angles might be difficult for tall people to navigate, particularly at the kitchen counter, but overall it is a great find.“

„We stayed here with a group of women for my mom’s 70th birthday. There were plenty of beds for everyone to have their own space, lots of bathrooms, and really cool layout of the home. Highly recommend for a large group!“

„We stayed at this home for a work conference. The location was near by and we needed an area to fit our team. We decided to give a VRBO a try instead of a hotel this year and we were so happy to have found this home! The host was incredibly accommodating, and very good at communicating. The house was well kept and we all felt right at home. We will definitely be returning next year! “

„I rented this home for a sisters getaway. It really is a great space for a relaxing weekend. My sisters noted that the shower curtains had pink mold and the grout needed a good cleaning, thus the 4 stars. The kitchen was well stocked, although the knives could be better with more variety. I would rent again!“

„The house was big and accommodated us very well. There were 13 of us and there was plenty of space for all of us. It was not easy to get ahold of the host if there were any questions. The movie room was amazing with the exception of not being able to make the projector and sound all work easily. We had to stream through 2 of our own different devices to make it work. The outside deck areas were full of debris and some of the furniture was ripped. The pool was amazing and very much enjoyed ...

"Wunderbares Hotel im Zentrum von St. Paul. Das Capitol und die Regierungsgebäude sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es gibt ein kostenloses Dinnerbuffet und Drinks. Das Fühstück ist auch empfehlenswert. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder. "
