„My husband and I (and 2 dogs) enjoyed our 2 night trip. The cabin is lakefront with beautiful views. Despite the cold weather, we were able to sit on the front deck and play games. Super quiet this time of year, but walkable access to coffee and market. We had the BEST dinner at IL Lago and even went back for lunch. Thank youFor a great stay!“

„Nice rental inside the country club with access to recreational areas of the club. Great host, prompt responses and instructions. John also helped with shipping my keys I had left behind at the property during checkout. Property is as shown in the photos. Kitchen is adequately equipped.Patio in the back is big and very relaxing. Great view of the lake from front porch and upstairs bedroom. Overall a great experience and host. Would love to come back.“

„The property was convenient to Northstar and Portola. The kitchen was impeccably stocked with equipment and supplies. The view of the mountains and the trees in the snow was beautiful. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The family room with the woodstove was a great place to relax after a long day of skiing. „Sadly, our trip was disrupted by the fires with heavy smoke in the area and Lassen NP closed on the day of our arrival, which was why we came to the area. So we had to leave next morning due to smoke and poor air quality and didn't get to check out the town or area at all. Tanya, the property manager, was responsive and helpful in facilitating communication with the owner, Nicholas. “

„A great home in a quiet location with the perfect layout for gathering. Such a nice cabin, the open concept floor plan was ideal for hosting, family time and fun. The rooms were a nice layout for two families to share the home. The back deck was large and fully fenced which was ideal for our small children! A quick route to town and near a huge field that was perfect for watching the best fireworks show! We had so much fun celebrating freedom on the fourth!“

„The location is beautiful! Both homes are incredible. Our family had an amazing time in the water, playing pool and ping pong, relaxing on the deck and cooking in the gorgeous kitchen! The owner was so friendly and responsive! Loved the place and definitely will be back!“

„Great house especially if traveling with other adults. Good separation between bedrooms. Nice great room with TV, games and puzzles. Very quiet neighborhood. Our Dog loved the backyard.About 1 mile walk to downtown but beautiful scenery so it feels much shorter.“

„This lovely property checks all the boxes for a large family gathering. With tons of square footage, a well appointed kitchen and a huge deck with a firepit table, it is a rare find. We could not have been happier with this impressive house and the beautiful views of the lake and sunsets. Thanks to the gracious hosts. “

„Pictures and description make it sound like there is a lake view (There isn’t any) it should be added to listing that there is no lake access from property.“

„Great location close to the lake, but had to travel to a nearby beach to actually access it. Right next to golf course but you wouldn’t even know it. Peaceful and quiet. Relaxing stay. House pretty much matched the description except that there was a foosball table , not a pool table. Overall we were very happy with it.“

„Stayed at this wonderful house right on the Lake and in the Country Club. Fantastic area to be and so very relaxing. House is perfect for families to stay and unwind . Close to golf and resorts . Quite a few stairs to water , but they have benches along the path for people to rest and take in the views. Fun time was had by all.“
