„This home was absolutely perfect for our entire family! Everyone had their own room and space to move around. All bathrooms were located perfectly and each one had a shower! Talk about conveniently located, so close to the Well for wrestling!! I hope to be able to get it again next year! It would be perfect for the state fair as well. Thank you for everything!“

„The location was great for getting to the IA Events Center. Quick and easy. There was great restaurants nearby. If you are a light sleeper, the traffic may bother you. Overall great stay. Clean and comfy!“

„The property was well-situated, well-laid out and very comfortable for our purposes. My business partner and I utilized the property for a day-long strategic planning session while we were in Des Moines to attend a professional event. The space was much more comfortable and flexible than trying to accomplish our tasks in a cramped hotel room.“

„Excellent location, "bigger on the inside" house. The only drawback is there's only one bathroom, but it wasn't an issue since I was only staying with one other person. I would definitely stay here again.“

„This was a great house for us. We have family in the Des Moines area and it is a half way spot for me to see my daughter who moved to Arkansas. Every February we meet and stay with family. This year our family has grown so we rented a home for our own space. It was perfect.“

„We really really enjoyed this uniquely styled home. Had a little trouble communicating with the host initially but then eventually got that taken care of and had great communication and was able to arrange early check-in and late checkout for a fee. Home is one of a kind, especially in the area And with a pool and hot tub!“

„Pictures do not do this house justice! It was much more spacious than expected. Very clean and well organized. Our family enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. It was nice to be able to unload our food and such from inside the garage right into the kitchen. Overall, a very good experience! Thank you Abby and Jeff for the good communication also.“

„We came to Des Moines for the wrestling state tournament. We were just a block and a half away from the skywalk to hop on and stay indoors the whole way to Wells Fargo Arena.This home was clean, easily accessed, and just what we needed for a short stay! Great communication with the owners :)“

"Super Service! Der Herr, der das hervorragende und reichhaltige Frühstülltücksbuffett betreut und kontinuierlich aufgefüllt hat, war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich. Herzlichen Dank! Das Zimmer war sauber und gut. Einige LKW parkten auf dem Hotelparkplatz, aber wir haben am späten Abend noch einen Stellplatz für unser Auto am Hotel gefunden."
