„We were amazed to be so welcomed, checked in and brought to our ocean side suite. The suite was exactly as described on the Tuscany website. Every morning we would exclaim how lucky we were to be at this amazing resort and beach island! The housekeepers were fantastic! The grounds were meticulously managed. The front staff always available during the day and 24/7 by phone. A local cell phone is provided for your local calling needs. They were so helpful booking our snorkel and Iguana Island ...

„The South Fleetwood property is an excellent place to stay in Grace Bay! It's a short walk to the beach and a shot walk into town, with dining and shopping nearby. The unit was newly renovated, and the pool was relaxing. “

„The staff at this resort are fantastic and make the stay. Marcia is a gracious and kind hostess, making breakfast daily and doing an outstanding job of cleaning the rooms during the day. Mike, the bartender is affable, funny, and creates a lighthearted atmosphere. The sailing/kite surfing instructor has a lifetime of experiences to share with you. And those are a few of the great employees we met there. I would advise renting a car because there are almost no dining options on the property ...

„We had a fantastic stay. Everything was 10/10. The house was spacious, clean and well-appointed. Julian was a pleasure to work with and answered all our questions. The location of the house is right on the beach, which is crowded (we were there over Christmas so might have been the time of year), but the home comes with lounge chairs and we had plenty of the beach to ourselves. The heated pool was also delightful. We would definitely return to this home on beautiful Turks & Caicos!“

„Beach Enclave was stunning. Satheesh our butler was amazing and went over the top to make our stay great. If you are looking for quiet and calm shallow water I’d stay in long bay. If you want deeper water with waves I’d stay on the grace bay side.“

„I was expecting at least 3 days supply of towels for a weeks stay. However they brought more on the 4th day. Limited kitchen dishes and pots however enough to make it through. DONT follow the Expedia GPS directions, lost for 2 hours. Property manager had to come get us. When we arrived the GPS said we still had more distance to go. Overall a good stay, would probably stay there again for the price. Outdoor amenities are awesome. “

„We just returned from a week long visit and it was our first time in TC...The unit has tons of room and incredible views! The host responded immediately to an issue that cropped up. The amount of space for the money cannot be beat on the island. Like other reviews mention you absolutely need a car and remember driving is on the other side of the road! Our favorite spot was Dickies on Grace bay for swimming and hanging out all day. Easy parking and and they rent you loungers and tables. Stunning ...
