Es un apartamento amplio y limpio, pero al que se le pueden incorporar mejoras: por ejemplo, al ser tam amplio es bastante frío y se requeriría de calefacción en el frío invierno; la presión del agua es un problema importante, porque sale algo escasa de la ducha; finalmente, hay algunas goteras en el baño, pero cuando yo marchaba las estaban arreglando. „We really loved this property! It's location was great - really close to the Yanahuara Plaza which is a nice central location. And the property itself is beautiful as you can see in the photos. The patio is so nice and has a great view of the volcano Misti. The place was clean and well stocked with items you might need to make meals, although there are so many good restaraunts, we didn't make use of that option.“

„We booked this apartment for our family of 7. When we got the address provided a lady inside confirmed the owners name but said this was not a short term rental property. The owner had no communication and on the day before had no information on checking in. We also tried the phone number listed but it was disconnected.“

"Beautiful hotel right in the historical centre of Arequipa. In walking distance to most of the historic sights and lots of restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful at all times . Big recommendation from us . "

Very nice persons!

"It was absolutely incredible. Jorge, Edith and the rest of the staff did everything they could to give us the feeling of being very welcome at all times. We were allowed to leave our luggage during a one night hike, got lunchboxes, could check in very early and and and.. everyone was friendly and the pool and gym are great! Location is a big plus as well and the rooms are spacious. We cannot thank everyone enough!!!"
