„El apartamento está muy bien localizado cerca de las zonas centricas y comerciales de Arequipa. Es un apartamento amplio y limpio, pero al que se le pueden incorporar mejoras: por ejemplo, al ser tam amplio es bastante frío y se requeriría de calefacción en el frío invierno; la presión del agua es un problema importante, porque sale algo escasa de la ducha; finalmente, hay algunas goteras en el baño, pero cuando yo marchaba las estaban arreglando. „Por el Precio cumple , pero la ubicación es algo lejos del centro , es algo sucio y muchas cosas son complicadas : las llaves , la therma , la cocina , falta facilidad para el usuario con familia ... la decoración también deja que desear , aunque el dueño es muy amable y trata de cumplir con todo ... las colchas algo sucias , no hay secadores en la cocina , los Colchones algo viejos ... la puerta de difícil acceso , pero el departamento muy amplio y para albergar hasta a seis personas . El agua ...

„We really loved this property! It's location was great - really close to the Yanahuara Plaza which is a nice central location. And the property itself is beautiful as you can see in the photos. The patio is so nice and has a great view of the volcano Misti. The place was clean and well stocked with items you might need to make meals, although there are so many good restaraunts, we didn't make use of that option.“

„We booked this apartment for our family of 7. When we got the address provided a lady inside confirmed the owners name but said this was not a short term rental property. The owner had no communication and on the day before had no information on checking in. We also tried the phone number listed but it was disconnected.“

Very nice persons!

"It was absolutely incredible. Jorge, Edith and the rest of the staff did everything they could to give us the feeling of being very welcome at all times. We were allowed to leave our luggage during a one night hike, got lunchboxes, could check in very early and and and.. everyone was friendly and the pool and gym are great! Location is a big plus as well and the rooms are spacious. We cannot thank everyone enough!!!"

"In einem ehemaligen Tambo untergebracht Hotel, an dessen Ausbau weiter gearbeitet wird, was auch ein wenig Baulärm verursacht. Das Zimmer war funktional eingerichtet, ohne über den Standard hinaus gehende Ausstattung. Der Fernseher war nicht betriebsfähig. Ich hatte eine Junior Suite mit Terrasse gebucht, jedoch handelte es tatsächlich um ein großes Zimmer mit Balkon.. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig über die historische Puente Bolognesi in 15 Min erreichbar. "
