„The beach was nice. It was difficult to get to. You had to walk a distance on a very busy street with no sidewalks. Nothing was in walking distance ie. Grocery stores, restaurants. Definitely need a vehicle to get around. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. I do have a major issue that has not been resolved. That has left a very bad impression of the host/owner.“

However, the dishes were sparse for this size of rooms. Glasses, cups and plates in particular would be helpful in double amounts. The bathrooms urgently need renovation. There were ants in the house.The sinks and showers are worn out and do not look hygienic. Tiles in the garden shower have cracked. We enjoyed the pool time, but the ...

Bella piscina ma un po’ bassa (quindi non molto adatta per nuotare) e fredda. Personale molto gentile. Sala ristorante e colazione con tavoli prevalentemente al chiuso. Colazione ottima con prodotti locali. Bell’ambiente, giudizio positivo.“

„Unterkunft liegt am Sandstrand und hat direkten Zugang zum Meer. Der Vermieter Alessandro ist sehr nett, schnelle Antwort auf Fragen und bemüht, alle unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Bei der Ankunft gab es einen Willkommens-Snack. Der kleine Ort mit Restaurants liegt 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Super Aufenthalt als Familie!“

You need a car as there is nothing within walking distance and the bigger towns are at least 45 min drive but easy to access as are the lovely beaches with their fish restaurants. The owners were fantastic in dealing with any issues - we didn’t hear anything from the agent manager at all during our stay. „My son and I had a fantastic week here. The house is perfectly equipped and the large veranda overlooking the waves was pleasantly warm during the day, even in February. Giorgio is the best host imaginable. If it were possible, I would instantly give him more than 10 when rating Villa Sara. “

„Wir haben das Haus für 17 Tage um Sommer gebucht. Die Außenanlage sowie das Erscheinigungsbild des Hauses sind traumhaft. Es ist genauso wie beschrieben. Allerdings ist es von innen nicht ganz so schön wie von außen. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und an einigen Stellen nicht ganz so sauber. Trotzdem ist es ein super Haus und wir haben einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Der Strand und das Meer sind traumhaft und die umliegende Städte auch.“

First of all, the house is perfectly located close to the highway, the city of Ispica, the beach, etc. As it is in the middle of an old farm, it is at the same time quite and green. The house itself is fully equipment, in very good condition and perfect for a family. Our son loved the bed "in the wardrobe". The highlight is the huge pool in best condition. „We - 8 adults and a toddler - had a wonderful holiday. The house is pleasantly cool and airy, even though there is no air conditioning. The 3 bikes were in very good condition, we were able to do the daily grocery shopping easily. Annalisa is an exceptionally kind and thoughtful hostess. We can all really recommend her house!!“

Beautiful bright complex, bathrooms and some stuff need renovation

"Beautiful, bright complex with a spacious living/kitchen area and nice terrace with sun protection.Well protected from the neighboring house with a green hedge. However, the dishes were sparse for this size of rooms. Glasses, cups and plates in particular would be helpful in double amounts. The bathrooms urgently need renovation. There were ants in the house.The sinks and showers are worn out and do not look hygienic. Tiles in the garden shower have cracked. We enjoyed the pool time, but the yellow border of sunscreen (already upon our arrival) doesn't look good and could be eliminated. The cushions on the garden chairs were stained. A closet door in the bedroom was broken at our arrival."
