„Cabañas el Jardín is an absolute gem! The place was clean and comfortable. The owner, Claudia, is an absolute sweetheart. Very attentive and understanding. The communication was outstanding!! My dad felt very safe and comfortable there. I highly recommend Cabanas el Jardin if you are going to Valdivia. My dad fell at home and the daily breakfast was delicious !! “

„It's run by a crook He's not below scamming clients. I made the reservation in the morning, when I arrived in the afternoon, it showed that it was for the following month. Had to book somewhere else. The next day I tried to cancel the reservation, 24 hours after the booking, 30 days prior to the reservation. He wouldn't let me, as It was policy. He took 4 days of rent from me, just because he could. Expedia let him do it. I talked to Expedia, and they said I was right, it shouldn't be, didn't ...

„Beautiful apartment. Good location with a great view. Communication wasn't great-- we received no email with instructions and had a little trouble getting in. Also, we were told we must pay the extra fee (in cash, in the room) even though we paid for the room online ahead of time with our US credit card.“

„The manager was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Also greeted by beautiful Siamese cat. The unit also had a nice small kitchen. Only there for a night, but would think it would be a nice place to stay for a longer period at a reasonable price. Unrelated to the quality of the accommodations, the horse flies at the park trails really made the hiking experience less than stellar. “

„Nice place, great shower! I stayed in what looked to the be the original unit and it has some wear. The other units were built in 2014 and looked in much better shape. So ask for the two floor units. Security is great, large gate with remote opener for after hours. WiFi is pretty slow at times.“

"Der Blick auf den Fluss ist wunderschön. Es wird ein Shuttleservice über den Fluss angeboten (muss bezahlt werden). Wenn man ein Auto hat, ist das Hotel sehr gut zu erreichen. Mit den öffentlichen Nahverkehr Bus schwer zu erreichen. Man muss viel gehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist groß und aussreichend. Der Pool ist groß und man hat Blick auf den Fluss. Das Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen."
