„It was a great place with only a few apartments with a lovely pool. It was clean and save. There was a nice terrace in front of the room with a relaxing chair. I was looking forward to sit outside and look at the evening rain. But the roof was leak, so all were wet. At three o’clock at night we woke up because the neighbours were talking and it seemed like they were sitting in our room. It was very loud.“

„Contraté el departamento ejecutivo, nada barato, no estaba lista la habitación, solicité hasta papel higiénico, solo una toalla de baño cuando es para dos personas, recomiendo dos toallas por persona, aire acondicionado, sandalias de baño, el precio lo amerita, el agua caliente era más bien agua tibia, el personal es un encanto, eso sí, todos muy lindos y atentos pero en sí, mi habitación vale 700 pesos y no los poco más de 2mil pesos que pagué No incluye desayuno, el café en esos recipientes ...

„Ein unscheinbares Hotel in einem äußerlich unscheinbaren Gebäude, welches aber innen aufwändig und komfortabel umgebaut und eingerichtet wurde. Die Rezeption ist 24h besetzt, nicht alle Mitarbeiter sprechen Englisch, aber sie sind allesamt sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Auf dem Dach gibt es sogar eine Terasse. „Bien tranquiloa“

„We loved the location in the heart of Puebla. We walked everywhere. We loved the property--a wonderful blend of the old (historic) with the new (modern appliances and amenities). A lot of love was poured into the design of this apartment. The property manager and the owner were prompt in their responses to our inquiries. A first rate stay. I will be looking to stay here during my future visits in Puebla.“

„We experienced Puebla for the first time and this home was the perfect place to stay. The historic nature of the building was what first got us interested. But it has also been updated for modern comfort. Very spacious for a large group, plus it’s walking distance from the center of town. Leobardo was not only very friendly but he was also very responsive. Overall fantastic experience here!“

"Frühstück und der zugehörige Service ist hervorragend. Kaffee und Wasser auf dem Zimmer wurde nur auf wiederholte Nachfrage nachgefüllt. Dusch Tür bedarf der Aufarbeitung. Klima und Warmwasser sehr gut."

"Bett ist gut zum Schlafen, Internet ist sehr schlecht im Zimmer und im Speisesaal, Bad ist alt und es stinkt aus dem Abfluss. Duschgel wird nur eines bereitgestellt bei 2 Personen. Die Fenster sind dünn und man hört jeglichen Verkehr von Außen. Lage ist direkt am historischen Zentrum. Es kann viel zu Fuß erreicht werden. "

"Cada año nos hospedamos en las suites del hotel, son tranquilas y perfectas para estancias largas. El personal del hotel es muy amable y atento. Está en una muy buena zona. Lo único que pienso que hace falta es darle más mantenimiento, hay varios detalles que se podrían mejorar, como limpiar a profundidad las alfombras o cambiarlas, los sillones también y en los baños como las puertas de la ducha de vidrio que ya no encajan más y chocan entre ellas. Ese tipo de detalles sería bueno renovarlos. Pero de ahí en fuera siempre nos quedamos con gusto en el hotel y cuando hemos reportado algo del mantenimiento en nuestra suite, siempre han acudido los muchachos rápido a nuestro llamado y nos lo han resuelto. De igual manera el personal de recepción, del valet parking, aseo y del restaurante siempre han sido muy amables y atentos. Nos seguiremos quedando como cada año aquí. "
