„The House is plenty of charm , and we spend a good time with our family .Some renovations must be engaged :The very old air condition of the bed room near the living room , the shower of the bathroom is also very old .The fact that the house is on the road make too much noise , but nothing can be change .In the good point is the beach near the house .“

„This place was absolutely stunning, and very modern. The view from the rooftop pool was incredible. We were lucky enough to see whales swim by almost every day, while we were relaxing in the infinity pool. The hot tub was great for our little boys who loved the warm water while whale watching! „Communication with owner was great. Communication with onsite manager excellent. All around a very good place to stay if you want out of the city. Taxis and Uber are easily obtained, and we relied solely on Uber. Taxis across the road at Garza Blanca Resort. What we did not know going into the rental was 5 gallon bottled water is provided along with twice weekly cleaning service provided by another worker. Beds were comfortable. Linen changed weekly. The condo was lovely and as described. The twice a week cleaning service was great but more than needed. We were disappointed we weren’t informed about the construction of a breakwater and excavators/dump trucks working 6 days a week from 9 am until dark right in front of the building. „The condo and location was exactly as described and we have stayed in this condo building previously.The only downside was an issue with the lack of hot water. The owner tried his best to rectify this issue while we were there but involved buying and having a new heater unit installed but was too late for us to benefit from the repair/install.“
