„We had a wonderful stay. The villa is huge. Bedrooms are enormous with large balconies offering beautiful, but partially obstructed, ocean views. Internet was excellent. TV only has ROKU access with spanish language programming. Despite what property manager said, kitchen was fully stocked with spices and condiments. The chef and housekeeper were awesome, although Lucia (housekeeper) only has a very basic understanding of English. She did our laundry on the last day without us even asking! ...

„Would highly recommend!! My group of 15 was so comfortable and absolutely loved our stay. Mario was super friendly and always answered any questions we had leading up to the stay, then Erika, the house manager, was very helpful with answers and requests during our stay! „The condo and location was exactly as described and we have stayed in this condo building previously.The only downside was an issue with the lack of hot water. The owner tried his best to rectify this issue while we were there but involved buying and having a new heater unit installed but was too late for us to benefit from the repair/install.“

„We loved everything about Las Peña’s! Comfy beds, great showers and lots of room for 2 couples to spread out for 10 days and totally relax listening to the crashing waves on a perfect beach! We were unlucky with the weather during our first week but the stunning view and whale watching from the patio kept us entertained! Having an onsite restaurant available for breakfast or lunch on occasion was a real perk but dinners at Restaurante Los Girasoles, just a short walk away, became a daily treat. ...

„As with any place, there are pros and cons. Overall, we loved our time here. Gaby and Luz were absolutely wonderful! They handled everything that came up like champs. So thankful they were there to help orchestrate our adventures. Breakfast served every morning and we had no cleanup. We took advantage of dinners prepared and served most nights, and so glad we did. Again, no clean up and meals were delish and mostly less expensive than if we were to all go out. (there were 11 of us) “

„La Jolla is a small condo complex sitting up above beach level. There are stairs that lead to the small, quaint beach where you can have food, massages, rent kayaks/paddle boards, or hire out a boat excursion. We love it here. The one restaurant on property is excellent but isn't open year round. You might have to navigate a couple flights of stairs depending on condo but they were working on extending the elevator when we were there last.“

„We very much recommend this Condo to others who are interested. The condo was spacious, well appointed, and had everything you need to make your own meals. The building location was great with a short bus or Uber ride into town if needed. Our group particularly liked the sights south of the Condo.“
